  I have purchased three cars from this dealership. I have found some teeth fair and polite in their dealings and I know I got a good deal because I have checked the prices I got versus the TrueCar website and others. Yes, like any other car dealership you've got to haggle, but as long as you tell them what you want, you're firm about it, and you stick to your guns you can pretty much get the price you want as long as it's somewhat reasonable. Their service department is friendly and excellent! I purchased the extended service contract and warranty when I purchased my car (I haggle about that, too, and ended up getting a price of half of what they were originally asking) and in their inspections they have found things that were going bad, like my battery, and replaced it without any prompting from me. Essentially, they have honored every deal that they made. I like them!

  The Sales staff at the dealership were quick and efficient. They searched for possible option in my buying options. They assisted me in choosing the correct options for my budget. Serge Angounou worked diligently to obtain the best price on my new car. He facilitated the purchase and helped me to jump over the necessary hurdles. He provided friendly service without any pressure. Christian, the Sales Manager also worked hard to get me the best deal available including the interest rate on the purchase. Ms. Nelson, the Business Manger presented the service warranty and financial options in a detailed and friendly manner. She worked hard to make sure that the details of the purchase fit my budget and all available options were explored. At the time I was in the dealership I had arranged to have my old vehicle repaired. The Service Writer, Ken, was professional and was careful to provide the service I requested. I appreciate the polite and friendly service at this dealership. I recommend them if you need automotive repairs or need a new car.

  Our sales person was Jesse and he was awesome!! He showed us the vehicle we wanted and was patient with us making our decision. He was very knowledgeable and we were able to drive off the same day with the truck we absolutely wanted!! If we buy Nissan again, then we'd definitely come back here. It felt very welcoming walking in, and we weren't overwhelmed with the sales people coming up to us trying to sell us cars like other dealerships. Thank you!!

  I worked with Jesse Leon. He was very sincere and made me feel like I was talking to a friend as opposed to a typical salesperson. I never once felt pressured by him and was comfortable the entire time. I told him what I wanted and he didn't try to talk me into anything else I wasn't interested in. Even called to get me exact truck I wanted from another dealership. Glad to say I drove away with a 2017 Titan XD for the price I wanted. Thanks Jesse!!!!!

  Co signed on a vehicle at Peoria Nissan for my sister in law because it was her first vehicle and she had not built enough credit yet to sign on her own. A sales manager named Christian assured me I could come back in about a year and they would refinance the loan in order to take my name off of the loan assuming payments were made on time after the year. On 10/02/17 I went to Peoria Nissan for a scheduled finance appointment to do just that. I was informed that they would only be willing to refinance the loan if we now traded in the vehicle for a newer vehicle which we were conveniently not told at the original time of purchase. Needless to say I will never do business here again with people that will simply tell you what you want to hear in order to make a sale and do not keep their word.

  Peoria Nissan definitely knows how to treat their customers! Adriana was wonderful, I appreciate the time she allowed me to show my husband my new Rogue, prior to purchasing. Shopping and going through the process of buying a vehicle is never easy, but felt it went fairly quick. Everyone, from my sales assistant, managers and finance department were great. I would recommend Peoria Nissan to everyone I know. You guys are the best. Thank you for making my car shopping/purchasing experience enjoyable!

  Rick is the BEST. Low pressure sales; sells you what YOU are looking for and not what he wants to sell you. Open and honest. Very fair deal! I cant recommend them enough. Awesome and smooth deal. Before you buy or commit, see this dealership. Very happy experience. We went there first; went to 6 other dealerships and went back for the best deal because of our sales person.

  I give the SERVICE department a five star. Service guys are smiling and very attentive as soon as you pull up. The drivers who pick you up or take you home when you car is being serviced are very helpful. My car broke down two different times and each time Scott took care of me made sure I got picked up and dropped off also made sure I had a rental ready, when needed, (which made things easier for me with a two yr old). He also kept me informed as much as he could, always greeted with a smile and made sure I had what I needed. Thanks Scott for all your help. If you need your car serviced go to Peoria Nissan ❤️.

  I purchased a new vehicle in December 2016. I took advantage of Peoria Nissan's complimentary first service. I was impressed with the quality and staff professionalism that I used them again for my second service. The service rates at Peoria Nissan are awesome, but the overall quality of service and waiting area are top-notch. Peoria Nissan really caters to it's customers....   Jeremy, my sales rep listened to what I wanted. He had the vehicle available and only had to test drive. It was awesome. The finance department worked for me. The documents department made signing quick and efficient. I have bought my 3rd vehicle and HIGHLY recommend Peoria Nissan!!?

  I came in yesterday and had never been to Peoria Nissan. I had the most amazing experience. I met Sarkou and told him the deal i needed it and he made it happen. Jeremy was amazing and was with me through out the entire process. I had never had a sales man stay with me until I got into my new car to go home. Andy in the financing department was by far the best finance guy I have ever had the pleasure to meet. He was so welcoming and friendly. I even had to go back today and he knew exactly who i was. Ken in the service department was great also. I met some other people who helped with the deal also that just blew me away. I wanted to thank everyone at Peoria Nissan. You have now found a customer for life!!!

  I have bought 4 cars in total from Peoria Nissan. Always great people. This time we worked with some fantastic people. Jo was a great leader and had us work with Yuri. Yuri worked with us for two days to ensure we got the car we want with our requirements. Ricky was an absolute gem with answering all our questions and working with us. Lastly Mike and one of his co-workers was able to power thru the night to get all the paperwork filled out. Also Yuri followed up to make sure we were all happy and got all we wanted. Really excited and very happy!! Thank You for the great team work!!!

  I began using your garage shortly after I purchased my 2002 Pathfinder. Your establishment has maintained both of my vehicles ever since. Your Service Adviser's are friendly, courteous and very professional in handling issues about the vehicles we have no matter whether they are another make. I am very picky about my automobiles because they are such a large investment and your mechanics have treated them as much. Yes, Peoria Nissan is definitely a five star organization. By the way, I still have my 2002 Pathfinder. Excellent vehicle!

  Just purchased our 2017 Armada from here. Mike Stone was very pleasant to work with and answered all of our concerns. If he didn't know the answer to something, he found out very quickly. Car purchasing is never fun, but he at least made it easier. The only reason I didn't mark 5 stars is because we had to wait 2.5 hours to see someone in finance. Honestly we were 10 minutes from just saying forget it and leaving. Mike, tried his best to keep us in entertained while checking on finance every few minutes. I really appreciated him for that. But we had 3 kids at home with a sitter and it was well after 10pm on a work and school night. I would recommend this place because of Mike's superior service.
