  I scheduled an oil change with service advisor Matt Clark. I was able to easily make an appointment online and when i showed up Matt was there ready to take my car back for service. Once the work was completed, he contacted me to let me know the car was ready. I recently broke my leg, and to make it easier for me to pick up the car he made sure someone brought it around so i didnt have to walk to far. The car service was what I wanted and the customer service experience was above and beyond. I would recommend Penske for any service needed.

  First we paid more then what we would have liked. second, the dealer said he could get us a rental while we got running boards but never did. He said it would only take an hour and it ended up taking 4hours. Not to mention I have a 5 month old baby with me. And he said he could hook us up and get the running boards for free but clearly charged us on the contract. Never again will I come here.

  Couldn't be more happy about my new purchase and the awesome sales and manage mentally staff at Penske Ford! Brian Wilbur is seriously the best! Honest, straight forward, no typical car sales men! Penske really went above and beyond my expectations...! You guys are amazing! Call and ask for Brian Wilbur and see if you can get Joey as your finance manager he will take care of you and answer all your questions and concerns patiently and honestly! All these guys made my experience amazing. And to top it off they gave me a great great great deal right off the bat. No BS.. No hassle.. No lies and promises.. In fact they UNDER PROMISE and definitely OVER DELIVER. Again ask for BRIAN WILBUR and Joey if possible

  These folks are great. You go to a dealership and can't help but expect to be on the receiving end of the standard BS and pressure, but I experienced none of that from the guys at Penske Ford La Mesa.
  
  Felipe and Jeff are great to work with. They helped me find the perfect truck at a fair price, and made the overall experience very positive and enjoyable.

  Just purchased my 4th Ford F-150 from Drew Ford, now Penske Ford. I always have a great and pain free experience when dealing with the staff. The salesman I always work with is Jerry Miller. He goes out of his way to help me find the perfect truck that fits my budget. Jerry is very informative of the latest details of truck and does a great job of explaining every step of the process to buy a truck. He is the reason why I always come back to Drew/Penske Ford. For the financing part, Joey Montoya did a great job in explaining to me what everything meant when it came to signing all of the paperwork. Mr. Montoya also found a better deal to gain more rebates and lower my monthly payments. He also thoroughly explained the details of the extra services they provide that I would need to take care of my truck for the long run, based on how I will use the truck. Mr. Montoya did pressure me into purchasing other serivices that I did not need. This is the reason why I always come back to Drew (Penske Ford).

  Phenomenal service - both on the sales side (Brian) and then again on the finance side (Steve). I'm a single mom who was buying a car for my kid. There were NO hassles....no pushing of extra stuff we didn't want or need....I trusted this process thanks to them. Single women will know that's not easy to come by with anything car related. This is my 2nd purchase from this dealership and Brian will continue to get my business as long as I live in California. And since when is the Finance part of car buying fun? Since Steve got into that office! Thank you guys - my baby girl is happy and safe in her brand new car!

  I am very happy with the work done on my car and the price is competitive. I had a coupon for "The Works" and a "Free Car Wash" and needed a Smog Check. Everything was great, except the car wash, all the windows were streaked, to the point I had to rewash the front window to be able to see through it and there still was bird poop all over it. It appeared to have been sprayed with water and that was about all.
  
  I did not complain because I did not pay for it, but was disappointed. I only bring it up now because they solicited me via email for a review.

  I have been to many dealership and have dealt with a lot of car salesmen. Robert at Penske ford was by far the best. No haggle, no pushy attitude, no BS!!!! He got me what I want and worked for me and thats how a customer wants to feel after buying a car. Hope this guy stays at this dealership because its close to home.

  I absolutely love my Ford Edge Sport! It is my 3rd Edge!! Penske Ford is #1 in my book. I have told all of my friends and family about their service. I will definitely be buying from Penske, again!

  Great experience. Mike and Richard let me drive Ford C-Max Hybrid for a few days before making my choice to buy one. I do appreciate that very much. Ford C-Max Hybrid is what all cars should be like; smart, fuel efficient. I drove it for about 80 miles during 4 days with an average of 41 mpg, 50% freeways. The car is well engineered. Gasoline engine goes off when vehicle is stopped, coasting, going downhill or slow moving. The vehicle's computers use all chances to recharge batteries and save gas. It has great acceleration and good cargo space too.

  I love the people that work for Penske ford! They are all so sweet and nice. They really work with you and try to get your car in and out and have you on your way. I would very much recommend this dealership to anyone! It's always such a pleasure to take my car in for regular maintenance rather than a hassle :)

  Absolutely EXCELLENT experience from start to finish! Mark was excellent!! So I as Victor in finance. Got me the best price and the best value for my trade in. I did a bit of shopping around so I had some numbers to compare to. I love my new Fusion! And they were all great moral support when it came time to bid farewell to my old car. No one was pushy- all super friendly and helpful! Highly recommend this excellent dealership! Go see Mark!!
