  I honestly now hate this trailer park now seeing the real two women in the office that I have to deal with. I wish I saw these comments on Google before excepting the trailer that was giving to me. I rather live in top of the rig in Bensalem pa. I mean pennwood looks really nice but the rudeness and snotty additudes it's not worth the stress honestly if ur looking for a trailer park don't pick here unless they get new staff in the office

  A nice community to live in. Neighbors are friendly and helpful. Area is relatively quiet and conveniently close to shopping area and major roadways.

  Horrible place to live. I would not recommend to anyone. I can't wait until I move out of here. You have to jump thru hoops to get on the lease and if you have children forget them getting enrolled in school. They want you to be the typical trailer trash. Everyone in the office don't know anything except Linda, she is the only one that has a brain on her. This place blows!!! They think this is a 5 star park when it's not even a 1 start park.

  We have lived here for almost 10 years. Just like any community, there is good and bad.
  The good: We have great neighbors. Everyone seems to band together when there are any issues. The park is good with things like snow removal, trash removal, and any issues related to the park (like issues with the sewer/septic system, water, etc). It's in Pennsbury School District which is a huge plus for us. The pool and the community center are great.
  The bad: Rent is high (and goes up yearly). The rent is solely for the lot rent-you will also have to pay for your trailer if need be. This year they have installed water meters-so while our water used to be included in the lot rent, now it's not. The park has odd rules that are enforced-much like any HOA (like no kids toys outside. HA.). There are also SO many empty trailers that are simply crumbling apart. We have 3 around our trailer-1 on each side and 1 behind. 2 have been empty since we moved in.
  Overall it's a great place to live.

  Affordable housing, close to several major roads. Great School District (Pennsbury) Interesting neighbor's (some belong on Jerry Springer, some just like to watch!)
