  When we realized our staging company insurance had somehow lapsed, we immediately called PenEx Insurance and Jennifer immediately took care of us. Within the same day we were covered again, and had some key additions. The next day of being covered again, one of our large commercial holiday clients needed a binder to add us as a vendor. Jennifer rallied again, and within an hour we had our document we needed to send to our customer. We cannot say enough to know we have this team behind us at a moments notice. Not to mention they know our industry, and what we do which makes it so easy for our business to continue on without missing a beat. Big thank you!!

  As a Residential Staging Expert in this real estate industry, you need a shield of protection when it comes to your inventory as we edify and beautify our client's properties. Therefore, our prize possessions that have been careful selected for each property has to be protected. I chose PenEx Insurance, and as a member of Real Estate Staging Association (RESA) and a member of Certified Staging Professional (CSP) certification, I am so glad that I am protected and in good hands with Judy Fobes, and her who staff which are very professional and always there to answer questions and take care of any payment inquiries about my policy. Thanks Rachel for being there for me and you are greatly appreciated. I have sent referrals of my CSP stagers and non-CSP stagers to PenEx and they have obtained the insurance coverage. I highly, highly recommend if you do not have insurance coverage for your staging inventory to consider joining the PenEx staging insurance team!

  Insuring a small business can be daunting given the importance of protecting both your business and clients. Working with Rachel Violi made the process painless given her expertise and responsiveness.
  I have reviewed other coverage options and I found this coverage to be the most comprehensive and reasonably priced.
