  Vicky Handschuh was the most helpful sales representative I have ever encountered. She met me at the outside in the rain and reaaly explained the Nissan products and features. She made car buying easy and did everything she could to make sure I was happy with the sale. I definitely give Hyman Brothers Nissan 5 stars for service, excellence, and amazing staff!

  I never received a call back (after attempts to get in touch with them) or given proper customer service while in there. Extremely disappointed because I bought my first nissan there. Won't be going back especially since it's out of the way.

  I came in for service for my vehicle and the staff was very friendly, the waiting lounge was actually the nicest I've been in and the prices were on-par with everywhere else. All-in-all, even though this shop is twice the distance of my usual place, I'll definitely be coming here from now on!

  This is the best nissan dealer in town.....ive been servicing here for years....even with the transition from Pence to Hyman everyone in the Nissan Service dept are extremely nice an knowledgeable..

  My 2017 Pathfinder is quite a vehicle... the folks at Hyman made it easy!

  The car buying process was a simple and pleasant one! Olivia was a pleasure to complete my sale with and took care of me to the best of her ability. I did have a little issue afterwards with turn signals of the 05 Maxima I purchased but after speaking with the owner, Mr. Hyman, I was taken care of and had an overall great experience! Recommend buying from this location 🙂

  This is one of the worst car buying experiences that I have had in purchasing a car. The salesman Andre was not trying to save me any money but took advantage of me as a veteran of the United States,
  He used my words against me, when I told him some things in private he went and told the finance manager without my permission, which ended up in them cancelling and costing me money on an already approved loan with Henrico credit Union , he opted to forgo an approved loan with my credit union at already low interest rate to go with Nissan corporation higher interest rate car loan. Stay away from this salesmen he is a shark or wolf in sheep clothing.

  I took our truck in for a recall (which turned out not to be an issue). They showed me to a very pleasant, clean waiting room where they passed out not only coffee and tea or water, but breakfast bars and other treats. I was there for a very short time, in a very comfortable chair, when they came in to get me and tell me the truck was ready. Everyone I came into contact with was so nice and pleasant. Thank you.

  Could not be any happier with Pence. Their staff is great! Rohnda Boothe is Awesome!! She is always there for me and my family!! Everyone there is always so friendly!! I will not go anywhere else for a car because of the staff and selection!!

  I was in Richmond, from Va. Beach and I needed my car checked quickly for the drive home, I was having mechanical problems. They got me in promptly and fixed my car quickly. Gary Shively was the Service Manager and he was the most helpful and pleasant Service Manager I've ever had. He even arranged for me to be picked up by their shuttle when my car was ready. Best Customer Service experience ever. I love this place and would definitely take my car back. Thank you!

  After shopping around at several dealerships, and for several different vehicles, I found the personnel at this location to be the most helpful, considerate, and knowledgeable. I feel good about the purchase of my new Soul and I look forward to a long standing relationship with them. Definitely recommend!
