  Came in this morning and everyone was super friendly and accommodating. I had more than one assistant come in and ask if I was doing okay throughout the process. They offered me drinks blankets and even chapstick! I was looking for a permeated office since I’m new to Austin and I’ve definitely found the one. This is definitely the place if you’ve been looking for a dentist.

  Dr. Zizi and everyone who sees me when I go for visits are always so kind and helpful! My teeth are in the best care they've ever been in my life. The place is always so clean and the receptionists are always so easy to talk to with scheduling and any questions I have. Love this place!

  Too much to name front desk is nice but services are not so great in the back. I'm sure at this point the last work I had done there was not quality work and I'm going to have to pay the cost to get my repair repaired! A list of: hair in my face and mouth while working on me yuck unnecessary drilling for a filling, too little then too much anesthesia or left me too long waiting before applying services so it wore down. if you ask too many questions you feel you've asked too much daughter told on her last visit she needed more than what she really needed and couldn't get serviced due to something with insurance.??? They never got back to us but quick to remind you to make future appt through automated service she went to a new dentist and they did not see all that Peak claimed she needed. #discouraged dentistry work at this point

  I needed to do an examine and a deep cleaning on both sides of my mouth. The receptionist said they could get it done the same day. Well somewhere down the line when I asked the tech to confirm she said you are here for an examine only. I explained that the receptionist said I could get everything done today. The tech then said “ I don’t care if you’re mad this is what’s on the paper”. How do you tell someone that is trying to clarify what they are paying for? The dentist was extremely nice and efficient.

  Wonderful team of professionals and Family friendly atmosphere. I am very satisfied with the care I receive with Peak Dental North. They always put together a very affordable treatment plan. I trust them with my smile and highly recommend them!
