Horrible experience. Treat the person paying the bill like cattle and take away anything enjoyable about dress shopping for your child and you have the Peaches experience. Dear Lord in heaven it is the worst.

We just got a homecoming dress here after being disappointed by The Prom Shoppe. We also bought a prom dress from here last April. The dresses are all from well-known dress designers. You get a dedicated sales associate who helps you shop & try on. The minute you find a dress you like, a sales associate is there to take your dress and hold it until you have found up to 3 dresses to start (there are friendly associates circling the floor who take your dress or can help you find a particular dress, style or designer). If you don't want personal service, don't go to Peaches.
You can bring pictures of dresses from their website, and they will pull them for you, and find similar dresses while you are trying on your first 3 from the floor. They offer alterations on site, and you get a free Peaches t-shirt when you buy. It's a cute touch 😃.
The one-on-one attention is fantastic. They are discreet in helping girls try on, and they will offer honest opinions on fit and how your dresses compare. They pin or clip any parts that would need alterations for fit. Both of our sales associates were awesome.
It's true there are no mirrors in the dressing rooms. Instead, they take the girls to one of many 3-angle mirrors, so her family and friends can walk over and see the dresses up close and give feedback. There are signs asking customers to keep cell phones put away, however, no one asked other moms or me to put our phones away during texts. There are many girls taking their turns at the mirrors in the front, and it makes sense that people waiting can't snap pictures of anybody with their phones. You can always post a picture of your dress when you get home. Also, it helps to pay attention to whomever you're with, so you can join them when they come out with a new dress on.
Great service as well as great dress, designer &and size selection.

100000% recommend to every girl out there. Customer service is EXTREMELY helpful and answers back immediately. I was having a very difficult time finding a dress i liked in the right size and color, but Peaches Boutique had it out of the 20 boutiques that i contacted. My dress will be shipping here in a week at the latest, which is magnificent! Not to mention the prices are excellent!! I will definitely be ordering in the spring for Prom, thank you Peaches Boutique for being so polite and helpful!! EVERYONE PLEASE SHOP HERE FOR YOUR HOMECOMING AND PROM NEEDS!!

I went in to peaches really exited to find a dress for my sisters wedding. But it is completly over rated. I found a few to try on, but I couldn't. There were men standing outside of the fitting rooms so I wasn't comfortable coming out of the dressing room with them there. There are no mirrors in the room. But there is another side, a completely separate fitting room that I could have easily went to. But the manager working, Brittany, refused to let me use them. They were open, she said they were being renovated but there was no renovation, I walked over to them. They could have put me in a corner so I could be comfortable but Brittany had absolutely no concern about my confront. She couldn't just allow me to use the other fitting room so her employees wouldn't have to walk over about 10 ft to help me. They completely disappointed me and their customer service is awful. I was ready to order 10 bridesmaid dresses from them, but I couldn't even step out of the fitting room to see myself in the mirror to buy any dresses. A manger is supposed to accommodate for her customers, and Brittany absolutely failed at that, manager to manager you are horrible at your job and I hope you lose it.

We were so pleasantly surprised! This was our first time at Peaches. The dresses are beautifully displayed. We picked our 3 and our sales associate Danielle was just a delight. She was so helpful - honest when we asked for her opinion - and she selected additional dresses that were to our liking. We didn't plan to buy a dress - just browse - but we ended up finding the perfect dress. It was a perfect prom dress shopping experience!

Great customer service, i was very satisfied with the selection of dresses and all of the employees gave me great dress recommendations. Will definitely be coming back and telling my friends to check here when looking for dresses too.

This is, by far, the best place to go for prom, homecoming or a quince. The process to trying on dresses can be time consuming, but the staff is very friendly and open to your tastes. Also, they pride themselves on holding their products to the highest quality. The designers they carry are diverse so everyone will find something they love.

Worst place I have even been too. The customer service is a complete joke. I walked in upon opening and who I assume to be the manager, a woman with very short dark hair, gathered everybody in the front and explained that she doesn't want to hear any complaints about trying on dresses; that she didn't care if you came from another state and had a list of dresses to try on. Every girl has a time limit to try on dresses. And you can't even try on dresses unless you pick 3 from the floor, regardless of whether or not you like it. Once you get a fitting room/stall, there aren't any mirrors inside. You have to parade yourself out infront of everybody in the store to see how you look. It's a truly horrible experience. Once I finally chose the dress I liked, the girl helping me led me to another room where a basket with all my clothes and belongings were waiting for me, and she told me to change. Who told her she can touch and move all my belongings without my notice? Never again will I be going to this store. I highly recommend not wasting your time at such a place where they don't value their consumers. Also, trying to find a parking spot is absolutely ridiculous.

Great Place. I just recently went there for my senior prom and I loved it. the only problem was I am a size 24 girl and a lot of the dresses that I saw online they did not have at all. and I ended up getting something way different from what I was looking for. The person assisting me was very nice and helped me out with Increments. I suggest going there if you are looking for a nice prom dress. But they are also very pricey! My dress came up to $615.20. so If you are not expecting to pay that much don't go there! But its all worth it at the end When you slay! Oh and they also charge more for plus size on some dresses. that's why mines was the price it was, but they are still pricey.
