Large variety of plants & flowers. Fully stocked with gardening tools and materials. Knowledgeable service people answer gardening or planting questions.

Wonderful selection of plants and some very eye catching holiday decorations already on display. At least three staff offered to help if I needed anything, too.

Gigantic selection of anything that can be planted and all the accessories. Super friendly and expert staff to advise on all areas of fine gardening. I'm a customer for life. Forgot to mention the prices are right and the warranties valid.

They were soooo helpful! This is my first flower bed so I was pretty clueless. One of the guys asked me if I had any questions and then spent the next 30+ minutes helping me find the right plants. I definitely recommend them. They were fantastic!

Found some great, unique succulents for our garden. A couple of volunteer Master Gardeners were on site and were very nice and helpful. We always visit both Payne's locations when visiting Santa Fe!

Lovely customer service and a great sense of local community where the staff knows you by name and always asks how you are. Every year a wonderful selection of bedding and container annuals--the go-to place in town for this--and their perennials and shrubs, while not extensive, are good choices for the area. The register, greenhouse and yard people are all very helpful--I don't understand some of these negative reviews--and I always enjoy going there. Payne's North has a larger selection of trees and shrubs but the customer service is not nearly as good as here. Give them a chance folks!
