  If you email them, they don't respond. Don't waste your time here. Go to Bowman's instead. I was a loyal customer but they just don't care about basic business principles. At least not in my opinion.

  Paul’s Lock & Key knows how to turn a bad day around with their speedy service! A friendly gentleman arrived in under 10 minutes to help me get back into my car, which got me to work on time. I highly recommend their service for your next key crisis!

  Over charged for attempting and not setting up my stuff. They also would have charged me extra for activating it since it wasn't their fob.

  Called them today after losing car key in snow, I had a spare key that was cut already just needed to be programmed. Some dude answered, didn't give his name but right off the bat I got a feeling the way he sounded as if I was bothering him and he wasn't happy with being offered work. He ended up saying that he does not have time to come and program the key for me. During the whole conversation I was able to hear people in background yelling and having a good time so I automatically assumed that this dude just didn't want to leave wherever he was. Terrible attitude and service. Called speedy locksmith and guy showed up in less than an hour to take care of me issue

  Locked my keys inside my car during a time sensitive film shoot / production event. Their team came out within 20 minutes to my location and got my keys back for me within a minute. Friendly staff, timely, and saved my production shoot. So grateful for their service!
