Has to be by far the most confusing, sad, maze of a gym I've ever stepped foot in. I have never even left a bad review online, but this gym needs some serious updating. I took one step on the elliptical yesterday and there was a half inch of dust in parts of the machine. No tv's where the cardio is, and I got lost trying to find everything. No one offered to show me around, just gave me confusing instructions. I cancelled my membership today and went to a super nice gym for $10 extra a month. Never using another YMCA facility again.

Sufficient but showing its age. They've done as much as they can to maximize the space available including putting machines in what seems to have been a hallway upstairs (or a viewing gallery for racquetball). The machines are modern and in good shape and so far there have been plenty to go around, but man - the building needs work. Some tiles in the hot tub room appear to be held on with gorilla glue, the stainless steel hot tub is rusting, the ceiling has gnarly patches, the door jambs are rusting out, the exterior to the north of the building is like a urban abandoned lot, etc. The men's locker room has a strong smell of urine which indicates that the tile's grout was not sealed properly, or the sealant has eroded. I will say that aside from the odor in the men's locker room, everything is as clean as it can be. I didn't see anything I'd call "dirty". The staff does a very good job of cleaning.

My wife and I almost didn't join because the building is so bad. We did because it was clean because your staff cares.

It's passed time to start a fundraiser or something to get on top of the building. In about five years it'll be too far gone. You're going to reach a point where new members aren't going to join. As your membership shrinks, your chances of saving the building will diminish. In eight years there will either be a YMCA in great shape, or a lot being developed for apartments.

Big facility and great staff. Rarely if ever packed. Could be a bit more modern and cleaner.

The staff is super friendly and you can tell that, from the directors down to the part-time staff, they truly care about us members! Adam made the sign up process really easy and helped with a scholarship so my kids can participate in the youth sports program. Thank you YMCA!

A small gym with friendly staff. Most of the treadmills are older (still having the old iPhone connectors -no lightening- built into them). There are racquetball courts and a small weight room. The building was definitely not built as a YMCA, but nevertheless, it is a functional gym.

Its a small gym but a good gym. The equipment is nice and they have everything you could possibly need. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The track that they have is tiny and none of the gym members understand or care which direction your supposed to be running on it.

If and when you get ahold of someone or they call you back a week later they are short and rude! The customer service is horrible!! 2 kids signed up for swim lessons. The oldest got 1 of 4 private lessons and we had a horrible time scheduling with her teacher (katie) as well as the aquatics director (Tina). Continue to get the run around 2 weeks after asking for a refund for private lessons we paid for and never got. We've accepted that we won't be finishing the class and are out that money but once we asked for a refund the youngest was basically ignored by the teacher during his lesson.
The revolving door, lack of customer service and rude teachers at this facility are the reasons we will not return! When a 6 and almost 3 year old ask to miss swimming thats bad! We've found a lot of other options.keep looking!!
