I like this Patagonia. It seems bigger than the one on Clybourn. The people are really friendly.

Every Patagonia store has friendly and knowledgeable staff who stand behind their products. I was just visiting to check out some of their winter clothing and the men and women working there were incredibly helpful in providing suggestions to meet your wants and needs rather than selling you the most expensive item in the store. As with all clothing, I recommend you visiting the store to try on what you are interested in to get the proper sizing. If they do not carry what you are looking for, they offer free shipping to your door and you can conveniently order from within the store. Patagonia also has their Ironclad guarantee, which means if there is any problem or dissatisfaction with whatever your purchase may be, you can be rest assured you can get your item repaired, exchanged, or refunded at any point in time after you bought it.

Staff was so helpful and took the time to connect with me and really help me find the best winter jacket for my needs. I love this company and everything they stand for and you can tell that the company values their employees. Everyone was helpful, happy, genuine and knowledgeable.

The customer service here is phenomenal! Thanks so much to Chris for helping me get a shirt for my boyfriends birthday. They didn't have it in the store, and before I even had a chance to give up and call another location, he found it online and waived the expedited shipping for me (without me even requesting he do so!). He made it so easy and he was super friendly. 10/10 :)

I have gone to Patagonia stores in Washington, DC, Seattle, and Austinand while they are all good, the employees at the store in Chicago made it the best. The were very attentive, knowledgeable and above all, friendly.

Great Patagonia store. The staff were all nice and knowledgeable about their craft. They had all the gear and most of the colors. I was surprised at the amount of sizes they had as Im always afraid they wont have mine. Great store, will be back!

The staff here is part of the reason I am so loyal to the Patagonia brand. Every single person I talk with is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Matt in particular went above and beyond to take care of me when I made what I imagine was a fairly annoying request. Thank you guys.

A nice outdoor wear store. The clothes are very high quality but they are not cheap. Come here if you need a nice jacket or pair of gloves.

First of all, the storefront is freaking gorgeous. The staff is extremely nice (extremely) and accommodating. I went in first because I was looking for an item and it turns out they didn't have it in-store so they ordered it for me and they were all really nice about it. Store is perfectly kept and the staff are really nice, helpful, and knowledgable about every single product both online and off. The store vibes are super chill and the playlist is fantastic. Freaking love everyone at Patagonia.
