  Dr. Buchanan told me what he was going to do every step of the way, so I felt confident about what was being done and felt less stressed. He checked in with me frequently about how comfortable I was. The staff were all very friendly, efficient, and helpful. This is an awesome dental office!

  The best Dentist office I have ever used. The staff are very considerate and my Dentist is excellent. If I have a problem, they fit me right in to the schedule. If I have a problem, they take me right in to correct the problem. My dental hygienist is the best. Very thorough and she takes pride in her work. Highly recommend.

  Great experience! Office staff very friendly. Melissa was the Dr’s Assistant and very kind & gentle. Dr Buchanan very thorough and knowledgeable. Explaining each step of the way. Enjoyed my Dental visit. I highly recommend. Might be a bit tough getting an appointment if you are a new patient but I promise it’s worth it!

  We have had an awesome dentist for 25+ years so 2 1/2 years ago when we moved to Grants Pass from California we were very nervous about finding a new dentist. Silly us! Our daughter recommended her dentist, Dr Buchanan. What a blessing he has been to both my husband and myself‼️ We both have had some MAJOR teeth issues and Dr Buchanan takes the time to listen to our concerns, tries to work within our budget, considers our timeframe and answers our questions in terms we understand. I have given him some pretty difficult issues to deal with and he has given me a workable solution. Honestly he is wonderful‼️ We could not be more satisfied! He truly is a highly skilled, caring, professional dentist. But more importantly, he is OUR dentist. We HIGHLY & confidently recommend Dr Buchanan. We can only imagine the other dentists in this office are equally as good!

  Kelly is always so professional and has a wonderful gift with people. I never have a problem with her . She goes over and above helping her clients . You are so lucky to have her working for your office . I have also been treated wonderful by Dr Hartzell. A Kind and gentle Dr. He is very careful at making his patients comfortable. A great office .
