Very nice upscale outdoor mall. Great mixture of shops include high end retailers, as well as discounted stores and "mom and pop" shops. Visually appealing, beautiful architecture, and unique decor surround.

Very nice stores. Clean and secured. There's
T-Mobile store. CVS. Also a Nordstrom. Victoria's Secret and many more. There is good security that have walked me to my vehicle because I didn't feel safe having a strange man following me around the mall
Paseo mall is very nice and aways clean. Be prepared to pay for parking. Although it is free the first hour.

Nice outdoor mall. Great place to spend a great day walking with a friend. Food locations and clothing shops.
Make sure to go to 3 level to go to the theatre and see what play or musical is going on.
You could do dinner and a show all in one.
Like most places you must pay for parking in structure.

The Paseo Nuevo mall is always a nice place to visit but theirs a few dead shops around that makes it feel a little off. The selection is good and had a lot of neat stores as well and is quite well kept.

I love the look of this shopping area. We also visited the Contemporary Art Museum which is on the second floor. There is a market on some days and pop up shops nearby. Highly recommend it!

I find the pessaio" Nuevo a go to place when you want to shop and relax while shopping the atmosphere is very family orientedand everything seems to be well organized.

A typical, fairly high end mall. Located in downtown Santa Barbara, unfortunately Capitalism and online shopping habits have killed of many of its tenants (goodbye Macy's). Seriously, there isn't as much as there used to be here. Restaurants are only average, with one interesting German style restaurant and beer bar along State Street

This is the largest "mall" in downtown Santa Barbara. It is an outdoor mall with anchor stores Nordstrom, Gap, Victoria Secret
Macys closed a few months ago. As is the trend with retail, stores come and go. There are a few good restaurants: California Pizza Kitchen is reliable. Eureka for great burgers and beer.

It's a great place for the food, parties, celebration of the humans every year there. I had a good time with my wife here. We went wine tasting and listened to live banda music. The streets were covered in confetti. The bars are packed but fun to be a party of. All the bars I went to were nice. Tons of police so please don't get to messed up because they have wagons waiting for those to get pulled out and booked. Have fun responsibly though. Enjoy!

They say retail is dying, if so this will be like a 100-ton whale washing up onshore. Want national brands like you find in every other mall in the country? They're here. Want panhandlers in your face? Shop here. Macy's has left, leaving a huge empty space that will take a long time to repurpose. Suggestion: 1) build more housing downtown, 2) do something, anything to deal with the homeless/mental health crisis on our streets.

This is an outdoor mall. When i was just a kid De La Guerra street still connected through from Chapala to State st, but were later blocked for construction of the mall. They recently remodeled the small gathering spot in the center and removed all the fountains, at considerable expense. I remember a bunch of stores that no longer exist, and somewhere is a picture of my cousin and I at the Sesame St store where a Jeweler now stands. Mixed feelings

This is a nice outdoor mall that really doesn’t feel like a mall. As an out-of-town traveler strolling down State Street and into Paseo Nuevo, it was almost a seamless transition. There’s a good selection of retailers and restaurants here.

Paseo Nuevo is on State Street, but no really. The entrance is on State Street, but the retail shops go back a long way, off state street. I was impressed with the architecture, which reminded me, in terms of architectural scale, of Main Street at Disneyland. I was there before the stores opened and found the maintenance department cleaning the bricks, which they do twice a week. I'll share some photos which should give you an idea of the feel of the shops and development overall.
