  disappointed with the store I picked up my merchandise from.
  1) they said they don't have any pick up order and after a while were able to find my order.
  2) items were not ready
  3) they gave me the wrong item and made it more expensive
  4) they were very rude when I asked them why the bill was different from what I paid online and had no answers. and then asked me if the computer is lying.

  I was looking for anything to do with 80th birthday, they had next to nothing and the store only go up to 60th birthday decorations!

  Was in this location last night and I must say for only having two people working in the store it was still a pleasant experience. i don't really leave reviews but this little store has a good team and if you want a no hassle experience go here in the evenings. Less customers, the closing staff always seem cheerful, and you can actually find the manager. The closing manager is always the same when I go in the evenings and she is always on the floor. Kudos to her for keeping things under control with so little staff! Went in with a list of things needed for a party today and was able to easily find what I needed. The store was clean, the cashier greeted me when I came in and wished me a good evening on my way out, and the items where in stock and help was offered quickly after I came in. I find the closing manager to be quite straight forward and I like this as I'm not one that has time for delay. She hits right to the point and is very informative about whats in the store.

  Lots of fun stuff to buy. You can pre order helium balloons or walk in and order them. Most employees are nice. Some of the younger ones are immature and disrespectful to customers. The type that act like everyone owes them. You will know the ones not to ask help for, they roll the eyes...

  This location has so much to choose from. Has a warehouse house feel to place, but the bright colors make it better.  Everything is organized by colors and occasion. You'll also get a great save with name brand candy at this location. Overall the only negative is that they need better lighting.

  Phones don't work. Some employees are very helpful. Others are rude and lazy. If it hadn't been for the one helpful employee, I would have given them two stars.

  Selection was what would be expected. Some seasons receive a few more aisles than others. Overall a great store.

  Called this and another party city,and like other people, no one answered the phone also need a wider selection went for one thing found the tag and they were out went to 2 differt party city's same thing both had tags but both were out

  Ordered balloons for a baby shower a few days in advance. Paid almost $38 for 17 balloons, the helium fill, and 2 bags to carry them out of the store with. Sent a friend to pick them up since I was busy setting everything up for the shower and had 2 separate employees argue with her that they weren't paid for. She finally just had to grab the balloons and walk out because she didn't have time to argue. Not to mention that the carrying bags weren't included that I paid an extra $1 a piece for. Tried to call the store numerous times that day to speak with a manager and it was either a busy signal or no answer. Was charged for something I didn't even receive, had employees argue with someone helping to do me a favor, and 3 of the baloons were deflated and no longer floating before guests even arrived to the party. Very unorganized store and I will not be using them in the future.
