  My wife and friends have eaten here many times and have no complaints. Absolutely love the place. Best cheese burger in town.

  Server came outside and completely dismissed my friend and I. When I tried to get her attention she proceeded to pick plates off of another table and then dropped the plates leaving food all over the ground. She didn't even stop to pick up the food and trash. The dogs outside, mine and two others were of course trying to eat the food. About 5 min passed and still no server and still trash on the ground. I went to the bar to try and see about getting some menus and order a beer for my friend and I. The bartender immediately told me I looked too "innebriated" and if I wanted non alcoholic beverages that was fine. I freaking walked with my friend half a mile with my dog to get some food and have one drink. Considering the weather was amazing that is why we walked. I was mad as all get out. I said what have I done to give you that impression? Her response was, "myself and another server just think you look like you've had too much." Had to walk to Marcos and get pizza and beer from the gas station because the servers are unprofessional and rude. The time before this visit I went in with a friend to get Bloody Marys.. instead of the bartender checking the expiration date on the mix she smelled the mix, made a "face", like you know the mix was no good.. Then proceeded to use the mix. We walked out immediately. So much for having a "neighborhood" restaurant where the servers are incapable of "serving" and the bartenders are incapable of "tending".

  A great spot to enjoy some good food with friends and you can even bring your dog along! Service is a bit slow at times - that is my only complaint!

  Absolutely loved this place. My friend and I brought both of our dogs! Staff was fantastic and super friendly. Food was delicious. Super dog friendly! 🐶

  I wish I could leave a zero star a one is giving them to much credit...My girlfriend and I decided to go to Parson Jacks 9/19/17. There was probably around 6 other customers in the whole restaurant. We sat down took us about 8min for someone to come take or drink order. We finally ordered our food the french dip and paty melt.. a gentleman sits down next to us 20 min after we order and he got his food way before and his food was not right. So we finally get are food 45mins later. My french did was all bread and had very little meat on it and they forgot the cheese. Patty melt comes out raw and very small no meat or onions and very little cheese. She took one bite and it was disgusting so we talked to the waiter she said let me talk to the manger.... manger came back and said I will give you a discount came back and gave her 50% off and only discounted me 20% off of my fried which was a joke. So I asked the manager which had a attitude from the start why she was charging us for something we didn't eat and was undercooked?? Her response was you took a bite out of it so I can't give you a full refund.... like are you kidding me?????? Then proceed to argue with me about my family owns a restaurant and so does my girlfriends family I've never heard that in my life. The guy next to us had issues and the manger wanted to smart off with him and give him a attitude. So after 5 min of arguing she finally didn't charge me for the patty melt but only took 20% off of my fries so we got wings to go and they were raw when we got home. I've been going to parson and jacks for years and I will never go back. The waitress told us the food sucked the past couple nights that really makes me wanna come back. This place has really gone down hill.

  There were maybe 10 customers in restaurant but took over an hour to get chicken strips and fries. Cool kept coming out of the kitchen. Terrible service. Food was decent

  This place was fantastic. Excellent recommendations from our waitress! The food was absolutely fantastic! I had the Mastiff​ mushrooms and the Ruben for which they make the corn beef in house. Friendly environment, interesting atmosphere, and pet friendly.

  I live very close to this establishment and every time I visit, I always feel welcome. Georgia and Sara are great bartenders and care about their customers. Service is quick and the food always seems fresh. Keep up the good work Steve!

  This place was hard to find unless you know the area. We drove past iit on the first try because the street signs were small and it was dark.
  
  We arrived about 930 or 10 Friday night and saw a sign to seat ourselves. So far so good, as long as I don't count the fact that we couldn't hear each other across the table because the country music band was ridiculously loud for such a small place. They did seem well-equipped to play a stadium, however.
  
  The food choices were decent and I was looking forward to an enjoyable meal. I ordered the Reuben sandwich, coleslaw and fries. The coleslaw was passable, but the sandwich and fries were a little too greasy for my taste. Plus I ended up with the roof of my mouth mutilated because the bread was too hard, as if toasted rather than cooked in a skillet.
  
  My friend ordered a cheeseburger which was supposed to come with coleslaw or chips and salsa. He ordered chips. The burger came with fried onion rings. My friend hates onions. He didn't finish the burger and said the salsa tasted like ketchup with "other stuff" in it.
  
  I guess the best I can say is that we weren't hungry when we left. Too bad.

  Got food poisoning. I know it's bar food, but it's not even good bar food. Everything tastes weird and bad. Weird decor and ambience. All the staff seemed brand new and already completely over working there at the same time.

  My wife and I were in there last Saturday (Nov 15 2016)... We had been there a few times before plus carry outs and found the food and service to be excellent..I don't know when it changed but the service was not good..The food (burgers) were OK..However, every ingredient was a 75 cent up charge..Even 75 cents for RAW ONIONS!!!! And it took way too much time. Downtown prices in West Ashley. The person next to us sent his food back for poor quality and did not want anything else..This is a sports bar that had only two games on..Carolina on two screens and Florida on the rest...If you are a Clemson fan, consider skipping this place!!!!!! Ownership, you need to take a close look at your decline.

  Scrumptious club sandwich!! And don't get me started on the bottomless fries!! Love the atmosphere and the puppy love! The sraff is great from the boss to the servers! Great rubens too!

  We got in at one, sat, and were waited on quick! It was a party of 7 and two of us got the brunch buffet. It was OK. They ran out of bacon and chicken (2/10 of the buffet selection) but we still had to pay full price. What was worse is that the ticket printer malfunctioned and two of our party didn't have their orders put in for the first 45 minutes of our visit. They apologized and said they were making it as soon as possible. But 30 minutes later there was still no food. They kept apologizing, which I appreciated, but watching people get their food who had come in within 20 minutes was just the icing on the cake. The wait staff was sweet, but the fox isn't good enough and the price isn't low enough to convince me to come back. I would avoid it. They had to FIGHT to get discounts. Super sad.
