  With out a dout the best time of our lives. We had some issues with the 39 ft. house boat they gave us a 53 ft with no ???? asked so amazing. with that said when they came too us to fix the problem we asked if they could bring us some benadryl and they did so they not only care about there boat's but care for the people to. And ones again THANK YOU to the staff of Parrot cove boat rentals we will be back. defianitly looking forward to coming back

  Staff is fun, friendly and professional. Boats are a bit old or worn with small rips and torn leather but not too bad.

  Great staff. Sooo friendly..accommodating.. only problem is with 39 ft house boat..hot state room..bathroom smells..hope next tome..and will go back..will get larger houseboat and hope air is better in state rooms and deodorant tabs in sewer tanks. That's what we did with our csmper. Should work with houseboats.

  We had a great weekend out on the lake. The boat was well equipped and the staff was great anytime we needed anything. We will definitely be back for another weekend trip.

  Staff is great and I loved the houseboat. We have done this before and really enjoy the lake and scenery. Why only 3 stars? Because the heads (toilets) smelled just like an outhouse. As soon as flushed the toilet someone else's feces came up. I know it wasn't anyone in our groups as I was the first one to use it and I only urinated.

  End of school celebration!
  My husband and I take 6 boys on a houseboat trip (Monday - Thursday) to start our summers' off. Best trip, fantastic fun, beautiful scenery and amazing memories. We have been renting for 4-5 years now CAN'T get enough of SML! Parrot Cove has super staff, clean boats, great service. HIGHLY recommend this adventure.

  Great place, staff and boats. We have been coming to SML for the past several years to rent one of their large houseboats for a long weekend retreat. Always friendly and helpful even when our toI let broke, they came right to us and fixed it asap. Highly recommend.

  If you rent from Parrot Cove make sure you get an email confirmation (they don't bother to tell you that you'll get one) or you better call them back. I made my reservation for a fishing pontoon boat with a fish finder and trolling motor 2 weeks prior to my rental date and they took all my info and credit card info, but clearly someone doesn't know how to do their job because when I arrived they didn't have me booked in their system. At first they said they didn't have any boats but after a bit of bitching they suddenly had an "extra" boat. They however still charged me full price for a non-fishing pontoon boat that was honestly a piece of shit. All the seats had rips, the canopy felt like it was going to collapse on us, and the control console seemed like it was going to fall over. Not likely to rent from here again.
