  Love it here! I have a cat that is allergic to fish and chicken. Needless to say before we found the culprit we were here a lot! Always helpful and understanding. Never felt like I was getting price gouged or that I was an inconvenience because I just showed up on a Saturday with no appointment.

  Been with this place for a long time, usually helped by Dr. Campbell or Dr. Stein. Went in for an appointment and was helped by Dr. Wilson for the first time. Arrogant and proud vet. Did not like when questions were asked. Seemed to be very defensive, and inconsistent with responses. Make sure to ask questions if you can't help but get Dr. Wilson, she may act rudely, but she won't tell you much info otherwise. Recommend Dr. Campbell and Dr. Stein instead. Very polite and know how to communicate well in comparison. They collaborate with patients unlike other vet. Giving four stars for other staff.

  Dr. Wilson was very rude and dismissive to our questions and did not explain things clearly. She acted like it was not my place to ask questions about the tests she will be running on my pet. Went back and forth with what she said. We waited 50 minutes, which I understood if they were backed up, but then why are we're treated in such an unprofessional and condescending way. Going to find another vet.

  Professional, conscientious staff and vets. Never had anything more than routine care for my dog here, but I totally trust this place with everything regarding my dog's health

  Very frustrated with Parmer Lane Pet Hospital. We have 3 dogs and rarely see an actual Dr. when we have the visits. Have had to wait in the lobby for long periods of time to the point of almost leaving when no other customers in the lobby and very unfriendly customer service on numerous occasions. We had told them we were going to breed our pure breed dog in a few years and then received a letter a few months later stating they recommended we get the dog spayed. Went to call in heart worm medication and was told our dog had not seen a vet so an appointment was needed. I said the dog had been there several times and it was not my fault only vet technicians were at the appointment. In my opinion just trying to charge more money for already expensive services. Have already change Vet with more professional staff and reasonable prices.

  I can't fully express the amazing care that Dr. Bryant has shown for my dogs.. She has truly gone above and beyond to make sure my dog was okay after dental surgery. He is a tiny 7lb dachshund and she was so thorough in explaining everything. I'm a busy mom to an active toddler and when I would forget to call, she called me to check on him several times.
  
  This vet told me things about my dogs that no other vet has. Like a knee popping condition that my yorkie was born with. I would highly recommend taking your pets here! Not to mention affordable prices with no up saleing.

  Excellent vets and staff. They have taken care of our pets since we've been back in the area. Dr. Stein has been especially attentive, even calling us at home several times to follow up and see how things were going when we had a critically ill cat. You don't find that kind of "above and beyond" service very often these days,

  The staff here is excellent, dog is a handful and they treated her like their own. I'll definitely call this our vet for years to come!
