  Parkside Restaurant Creations this week

  As we get closer to releasing our new menu, I’d like to bring you some more of the great additions for you to try.

  Last week we released the new 4 pc fried chicken dinner that everyone went crazy for, and the new widow maker

  ...

  We will continue this week with those 2 dinners and we are adding the following:

  1) country fried steak(breakfast or dinner) 2) shaved roast beef and melted cheddar sandwich 3) The Carnivore- Roast Beef, Bacon, Ham and Turkey sandwich 4) Grande Nachos- fresh made nachos, melted cheddar, lettuce, tomato, black olives, and on the side....Jalapeno, salsa, and sour cream. Add taco meat for additional charge.

  FRIED CHICKEN

  You’ve been asking for it. I’ve been working on it, and now it is here. I refused to put it out there till I could perfect the recipe. This is months of trial and error.....mostly error. I think I finally have a product that you all will enjoy and come back for again and again. Starting for dinner on Thursday 8/15 we will have a 4 piece dinner(breast, thigh, leg and wing) with coleslaw and fries and a biscuit.

  I hope you all will give it a try and let me know what you think. Happy eating my friends. Please like and share and spread the word. The Colonel has nothing on Parkside’s new special.

  Please join me in Congratulating my son Zachary Snyder, on his new position as a delivery driver for Cellone's Bakery. Zach has been my night time manager/cook since the opening of the restaurant. I support his decision and wish him the best of luck in his new venture. I myself delivered for various companies for 25 years, and it provided me with a very stable income which allowed me to follow my dreams. I wish the same for him. I am very happy that we had this time tog...ether working on this restaurant. He helped me through some rough times and I appreciate everything he did.

  I will be taking over at night, and with that, we will be adding some new items over the next 2 weeks. There is a new menu coming out before this fall and myself and my very talented cooking staff are excited for you to try these new items that we have been working on.
