  I had a great experience in getting a new Bmw 5 series. Andre the salesman was a pleasure to deal with. He is highly knowledgeable and is truly a class act. After going to 3 dealerships I finally found the right one. All I have to say is first class dealership. If your looking for a new or certified BMW I highly recommend Park Ave BMW.

  As a first time car owner, I spent a good amount of time researching different prices for a 2017 BMW X1. I spoke with numerous sales personnel from different BMW certified dealerships in NJ and NY. In the end, I chose Park Ave BMW because their prices were competitive and I had confidence in the people there. Victor De La Rosa, the sales rep who I had been in contact with from the start, was a delight to work with. He was responsive to my inquiries and answered all my questions during my research phase. When I met with him, I felt extremely comfortable. He patiently answered all my questions and with a smile on his face.
  
  I highly recommend Victor and Park Ave BMW. Will be doing business with them in the future.

  Visited this dealer for the first time to test drive my first BMW. The sales person, Cristhian, was extremely personable and easy to deal with. He made the whole experience easy and smooth. Even prior to the visit, we had constant communication via email and phone. They answered every question quickly. I wound up purchasing the vehicle I went to see and I didn't even have to wait around while they did the paperwork! The Finance representative, Jack, was also a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a BMW contact and visit this dealership. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

  Purchased a 2018 430i. It was a pleasure to deal with Danny who was friendly, patient, answered all my questions and most importantly worked out a good deal on the new car and my trade in. Jack assisted with the finance and paperwork, the process was fast and easy. Great Service guys...Thanks.
  
  This is a very well organized dealership and they always put customers at first to make your buying experience smooth and easy. This is my 2nd time dealing with Park Avenue BMW and it turned out to be a pleasant experience again.

  I came to see Michael Messinger at Park Avenue because he was highly recommended to me by my cuisine. I was not disappointed! In fact, he exceeded my expectations. I got an excellent price, and Mike was there for me through the whole order and delivery process. He actually accomplished something for me, that I did not believe could be done! Just as promised! The whole Park Avenue BMW team was excellent! Thank You!

  Great dealership. I have been leasing all sort of cars for about 20 years now. This dealership is the best by far. If you can, ask for Daniel Kenney. He is super nice, knowledgeable and most importantly, got a great deal for me. No awkward back-and-forth haggling. He even actively looked for ways to cut my costs through these "secret" BMW rewards voodoo. He told me he has been doing this with BMW for over 20 years and this guy knows his stuff. Even after our deal was done, at my request, without hesitation, he also took extra time out to price me another car. Honest, knowledgeable, patient, friendly; what more can you ask of your salesperson? I told him I had to be out by a certain time and we concluded our handshake with plenty of time to spare. Another great thing about Park Ave is that they now have their cars at a second location so you don't have to wait forever to have you new car detailed but rather YOU set up a time and just go pick up the car at another location - super easy and convenient. Most importantly, such a time saver. If you can, also try get Heather O'Brien as your finance specialist. Also super, super nice and friendly. Laid out your options, no pressure to add anything else. Told is as it is and allowed you to choose.
  
  I used to dread getting my lease renewed because of all the useless painful haggling and "hidden costs" added on. Also the endless hours spent at the dealership before driving away. It was so exhausting and time wasted was frustrating. Not this time and hopefully not anymore. Bite my tongue but am actually looking forward to my next lease.

  Craig was the best sales advisor I have ever dealt with. His product knowledge was impressive. He fought to get me the best price for my trade in and I felt he was truly my advocate through the entire process. He is a good listener who addressed all my concerns. He even called the next day to see how I was enjoying my wonderful new vehicle and asked if I had any further questions. I had a great experience and got a great car at a great price!!

  We had a very good experience with our salesperson, Craig Cayetano. He was informative and was able to answer our questions. The price negotiations were stress-free and we came to a mutually agreed price. After a couple of months, the car arrived and we were impressed with the delivery process. This included a relaxed discussion with Roger Pic, the Finance Manager. We were able to get a negotiated down protection package that we didn't feel was unnecessary. And the over 1 hour "Genius" review with Mark Saunders was very informative. He took his time despite it being well beyond closing time. Overall, an excellent experience.

  My appointment was made with a different employee. However, Andre was available so I went with him. Andre is phenomenal. He is a great adviser, very sociable and relatable. He took great care of me, went above and beyond to make sure I drive away with my dream car. It really felt like it was my birthday and not me making a purchase. I was so happy that I just had to hug him for giving me an awesome experience, great service and advice. It's been a week since my purchase and I'm very happy. I definitely recommend Andre for your next visit.

  My latest experience with Brad has changed my entire perspective of Park Ave BMW. I have been a loyal customer with them for over 6+ years. My last experience was so bad that I had thought about switching to another BMW dealer. But from day one of meeting Brad to last night of picking up my latest ride, the whole experience was awesome. It was hassle free, stress free, and I was treated with the utmost respect. Brad was honest and detailed and follow-up with me daily throughout the entire process even after I had already committed to getting another vehicle. He even came to meet me at the delivery center even though i had a very late appointment in the evening. I would definitely continue to do business at Park BMW. Brad, thanks again for the great experience throughout the process.

  I had just totaled my car a few days prior, and was in urgent need of a new set of wheels. My CA, Dave from Park Ave BMW proved to be a friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He was able to find a car mostly matching my specifications in inventory and walked me through the pros and cons ordering. He found me all the available incentives and discounts I was eligible for and quoted me a very good price on the new car. Dave was also very transparent about the cost breakdown of leasing which is good because it was my first lease and I appreciated working with someone honest and helpful. It turned out leasing the new car was the best option. Entire process only took a few hours and I drove out with a brand new car the same day. Overall I am very satisfied with my experience with Park Ave BMW.

  We came to BMW looking to purchase our first vehicle pretty much clueless and Hans made the experience amazing. Would recommend him to anyone looking to get a car. He was very kind and caring, even after we got the car a week later he still reached out to us and asked how everything was going with the car. Never came across this kind of service!

  My wife and I are very happy with our overall experience with Park Ave BMW. Working with Lenny, he was very professional, responsive, and provided excellent service. Picking up our car yesterday, Mark did an outstanding job walking my wife thru the workings of her new X3. He kept it simple and very easy to understand. Lastly, Heather was a pleasure to work with as we completed all the paper work. I would highly recommend Park Ave BMW.
