    Bought our first certified preowned Honda. Got the best service with Jasmine. She is very nice and down to the earth when it comes to her customers. Very patient with us going through the cars in our price range and got us the best deal. She is not just our sale rep now, she becomes a friend to us. Thank u, Jasmine.

    I bought a Honda HR-V last month and I can’t be more pleased with it and my experience here. I met with Michael and he was extremely helpful and patient. He greeted me immediately and asked what I was in the market for. I told him that I liked the HR-V, which he immediately offer me a test drive. He was very detailed on all the features of the car. Afterwards, we discussed the price and talked about my budget. The listed price was much higher then my price range. We sat for some time talking and he was very patient and understanding of my budget. He was willing to work with me to get it to my price range and not trying to push me to buy until I was satisfied. In the end, he was able to get us a good deal within my range.

    Paragon Honda has to be the best dealership. They go above and beyond for their customer's. They make the process seem beyond easy and work very hard to get you the best deal. I didn't think I'd be able to lease a brand new car, but Danielle and Edgar pulled it off! I was able to get my car in less than 24 hours and never even had to step foot into the dealership. I highly recommend them and I can not wait to recommend them to my friends and family.

    I absolutely love Paragon Honda. From the time you walk in the door its easy to see that this is no ordinary dealer. They really know how to take care of their customers. I couldn't believe the maintenance services that they provide. I honestly was not looking forward to going car shopping but this experience blew me away. I'm so glad I decided to visit Paragon Honda and I couldn't imagine using any other dealer.

    The staff there are so good. Allister in particular was great and helped me every step along the way. He was extremely knowledgeable and made sure I understood all of my options and which would be the best for my particular needs. I was able to walk out of there with a car with more features than I thought I would be able to get, and for a great price. I'm already in love with the car and I couldn't be happier.

    Thank you so much Allister and Paragon Honda. I will definitely be recommending you guys to everyone I know.

    #Paragondirect is the way to go in this age of buying online. You can not go wrong with servicing your car with this dealership. Fast, efficient and customer care beyond belief. If you need your car service Anthony, Alex and Jason will be right there to help you. Even if with my tire light on, they sent a tech to my house at 8:30 last night to make sure that everything was fine. You can not go wrong with them. 5 stars in not enough. Paragon Honda is your destination for Service and Sales.

    We had a terrible experience trying to purchase a certified used Honda Odyssey from this dealership. We identified a van we wanted to purchase via their website and called to inquire if it was available as we live 2 hours away. Edgar called us back (told us he was one of their top salesman and to go through him for everything). Told us he vehicle was available and pushed financing even though I told him we wanted to pay in full- cash. He said the deal would be no problem and for us to call back the next morning to verify before we drove up there. We called the next morning and spoke to the woman at the front desk who said the car was available and also received a call from a different salesman who confirmed it was available. We then received a call from Edgar confirming it was available and to deal with him when we came in. We drove up to the dealership, met Edgar, who was finishing with a different couple and said he'd be a few minutes. After a little while a new salesman came up to my husband and said that Edgar was busy and he would be handling the deal. As soon as he looked at the computer screen (which probably said we wanted to pay in cash- something we had noted to them), he told my husband that the car was unavailable as it was in the maintenance shop. We were stunned. Are you kidding me? We drove two hours and verified with three different people that the car was available only to be told some line. They obviously wanted to get us in the dealership and bait and switch on us. We walked out of there and it was obvious that the salesman knew what he/they had done. So unprofessional and sleazy. I now see multiple other reviews that describe a similar experience. We ended up paying just a bit more for a certified used Odyssey at Planet Honda in Union City but the experience was well worth it. Night and day. We were treated like customers and every detail was attended to with the utmost care and respect. Everything about the deal was straight forward, the way it should be.

    Terrible customer service. TERRIBLE! I bought the car 40 days ago and they still haven't managed to get me my plates. I now have a car with in transit plates that are expired and am not able to drive my own car. The person who is handling this (or not handling apparently) won't pick up the phone when I call. The sales person who sold me the car (Amanda) won't pick up my calls or answer my texts either. Every time I can speak to someone there, which takes my a lot of calls and waiting (I often have to call more than 10 times before I can speak to someone), they tell me the plates will be ready the next day. It's been like that for at least 15 days. They did offer me a courtesy car, which was nice, but I don't have where to park it so I have to pay for private parking, which is not cheap where I live (and far).

    My experience today at Honda Paragon was excellent! Ralph Rodriguez and Angel Marmol were super helpful, attentive, and considerate of my specific needs for the car that I wanted (Honda Civic). They went back and forth checking the best deals until we finally agreed upon a good deal. They went above and beyond in their customer service and I am definitely happy with my purchase. I recommend both Angel and Ralph to anyone looking to purchase a car here at Paragon! Definitely my go to guys for my next car.

    I called this place one day inquiring about a used vehicle. I spoke with one of the ladies there name Christina. She was very polite and professional. I let her know my situation, that I didn't have a down payment at the time and she still asked me to come in. I was skeptical at first so I canceled my appointment. They kept calling me to get me to come but I did have the confidence cause of my situation. I then received a call from one of the manager name Juan who asked me to come in to see with they can do for me. So I took my chances and went in to meet Juan, who then sent me to a salesman named Allister. I spoke to Allister and told him my situation and he sat me down and gave me the confidence that anything is possible. He was very professional and explained everything to me step by step. After speaking with him, I gained the confidence to let him see what he can do for me. I started the paper work with Allister and he did what he had to do. When he came back he told me that I was approved and I walked out with a brand new Honda Accord sport 2017. I never thought I would've walked out of there with a brand new car knowing my situation. I would definitely recommend this dealership to other and definitely recommend them to go see Allister. I also liked the way everyone was so polite and dressed so neat and professional. I can't forget MD from the finance department. He also gave me confidence too. He worked with me knowing my situation. These guys Allister and MD made me feel so comfortable. They even interacted with my children. I really wanna thank you guys at paragon for your polite and professionalism. I'm loving the car and so are my children.

    It was a great experience to work with the Paragon Honda team while choosing my first official car. Big thanks to the whole team but especially to Andres Ruiz who proved to be of great help during this process. Andres was very professional and had many great advises. I wasn’t sure which of the cars would work best for me but he remained very patient and helpful throughout. He made sure that in the end I would have a car with everything I wanted and that the whole process would go smoothly for me. He did great with clarifying and answering any of my questions about the car and the purchase process. I’m very grateful for your assistance Andres!

    Everyone at Paragon Honda is very friendly, and working with Rosa Diaz was great. Love her! She's honest and very helpful in finding a good deal that matches our needs. Takes a few hours each visit but we leave with a new car every 3 years.

    We came in on a Sunday midday with 3 kids. We already knew what we were looking for and left with a great deal. Our salesperson was very friendly and knowledgeable. Made us feel at ease. I feel like because we were with 3 tired and hungry little ones, the process felt a bit stressed and rushed. I may have asked more questions but I was distracted. However, the people here encouraged and answered any and all questions we had. They were understanding. The process took between 3 and 4 hours start to finish but we did have to come back to install the security system because the kids were too exhausted. Again not their fault. The only bad thing, which didn't bother me too much but should be mentioned, is that at some point I took the girls out for some air and there were 2 or 3 gentlemen having a cigarette break in front of the dealership and having a conversation very loudly which included cursing. Maybe take that break on the side or behind the dealership? Or at least tone done the cursing a bit? I'm just saying for the future to avoid someone else really taking offense. All in all, we are very satisfied with our experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

    Things started out okay. I went in for a few test drives of various models, discussed pricing, got a quote from Jennifer over e-mail that was in the ballpark of other dealers that I planned to try to negotiate down. Then today I went in to check out a specific color of car. I called ahead to ask if they had it, and a woman named Alice assured me they did and it would be on the lot ready for me.

    I got there and no car. The salesperson I'd been dealing with, Lucas, said they'd "just sold it" (really? Sold it, did all the paperwork and had someone drive away in an hour?) but would bring another one from their warehouse in 15-20 minutes. I wait 30 minutes and talk to Ariel, a sales manager, who assures me it's on its way.

    I go back and talk to Lucas about pricing and he reviews the e-mail quote from Jennifer and casually mentions they could not meet the price she'd given me and that the car would be $1,000 more than their e-mail quote.

    I decide to wait and see the car anyway since I still want to check out the color and figure maybe I can get them back down on their offer. Then Lucas disappears. I wait for a bit then check in with Ariel who assures me the car is on its way and will be here ... in two hours. I said I was told 20 minutes and that was 30 minutes ago, not HOURS. He acts like he has no idea how anyone could have told me 20 minutes, blah blah.

    At this point, having been lied to about both the price and availability of the car, I walk out the door.

    They should be embarrassed by their behavior.

    I came into the Paragon Honda knowing I wanted a car but I didn't think I was going to be able to get it so fast .Javier made my car buying experience great. It was quick and he got me out with the car that I wanted and helped me out with everything regarding that. Payments, insurance, etc. He is a great salesmen

    Javier is very patient, allowing you as much time needed to go through the process, test drives, questions, etc. You'll never feel pressured or rushed. He is always pleasant and humorous as well, just really a pleasure to work with. He gave me his cell and email if any issues came up after sale

    Very professional, kind and friendly. I will definitely recommend my friends and family for this service.
