Prep done for Chef’s table dinner tomorrow. And I have got to say, Chef John from Thai Union has designed an outstanding menu for the guests at the Sustainable Seafood Conference at Cabrillo Aquarium. All dishes featuring selections from Thai Union/ Chicken of the Sea. Salmon, Ahi, Scallops ( this chef’s personal fav), Lobster, Shrimp and Crab. This is going to be EPIC!
$37.-$40. each. Hand woven Elephant grass baskets. I have one and I can tell you these are the sturdy as well as fashionable. My held 3 pineapple, 5lbs of potatoes, 2 large onions, a quart of cream and a dozen eggs and did not even sag! Come down to Crafted and check them out.
