I’d like to mention the bald guy that works the counter upon arrival, ought to be banned from ever working in a service industry position again in his life. He seemed rather confused by the idea that I would like to purchase a lane for bowlingat a bowling alley. When he rudely asked what he “could do for you”, as if I have an incredible amount of optionsat a bowling alley. Then when I ask for a lane, he seemed bewildered, honestly I have yet to see a more perplexed face thus far in my life. He responded to my preposterous question with, “I can put you on the waiting list?” as if he’s now asking me the questions. The fact that this individual has a job is disheartening, however it should go to show, there is work for everyone, no matter the deficiency of said individuals intellect or common sense.

super clean place including the shoes as well as the lanes. the decor is updated & not terribly tacky. modern tvs. friendly staff. decent prices. bar food & drinks offered.

Absolutely love this place! Great hours, super clean! The best place hands down for bowling! This place is high tech and up to date unlike most alleys in the area. They also have a boat dock which is great in the summer! I've never ate here but food looks good and menu is decent. My kids love cosmic bowling here!

Bowling was fun but when we went to check in for our reservations we were given a hard time about booking 2 lanes. Then a guy came over to the lady and very loudly used the F word. . . There are kids around, not very professional. But with that said the food and drinks are good.

This place is the best! They are always accommodating my events, large and small. The management will work specifically with you to make your fundraising event, work get-together, or bowling league perfect. Also, great bar and food. Plus, what other place in Pittsburgh literally has a beach?

The staff is pretty rude here. The place is pretty and it's a nice "Pittsburgh" version of a beach bar, BUT these female bartenders are horrible. I usually don't complain or review places, but this one irked me. These ladies basically don't acknowledge your existence until you stare at them for 10 minutes. I have to say this is true for all 3 females that I've seen here. It's crazy. Food's good and atmosphere is cool, but staff and service are both awful.

Best place to go bowling. If you're going later at night on the weekends be sure to make reservations because the place gets busy and causes a wait. In the summer they open the beach up where they have live performances and a bar.

The wait was very long (close to an hour), but I don't blame the staff for that. Standing outside was unpleasant as some customers were smoking outside the main entrance. Possibly have a designated smoking area to make it a more enjoyable experience?

My friends and I went here for a Friday night and we couldn't of had a worse experience. The inside has a cool atmosphere but it is by no means worth the price nor the service. The worker was terrible towards my friends and I and almost seemed mad for taking our money? The rate per hour is way over priced and the pitcher beers are as well. After playing for one hour they tried charging us TWICE the normal rate to play for a second hour. After questioning the worker as to why he was charging us extra, he threw a tantrum on us and called the police. After realizing that my group and I were completely fine with the police showing up, he called them back and said the issue was "resolved". After hanging up on the police the worker THREW our money at us and told us we were never welcomed back.
