I had high hopes for this company. I thought that Jose was nice, seemed interested in the work and willing to offer ideas. But when it came to follow through and responseshorrible. A terrible experience. Jose did not follow through on his commitments and in my efforts to receive the information or a simple answernothing. I went so far as asking, "Do you want this project?". Nothing. Being responsive is professional, and it's one of the most important actions that a business can take with a client. No answer is not an answer, but it certainly speaks to character. I cannot with good conscious give a rating higher than one star.

Jose and team at Paradise did a phenomenal job on my irrigation system, could not recommend them highly enough! They added sprinklers and a drip system to my front yard, a new smart watering system and fixed my drip system in the back. Their bid was very fair and they were SO QUICK! Added bonus that I could barely tell that they had taken up part of my lawn to add the sprinklerstrue magicians!
