We have been bringing our dogs here for about 12 years now. They are always well cared for. I never worry when we are away. It is obvious the staff genuinely care about animals (and are kind to humans too :))

It's difficult to find a place that boards cats comfortably. The suites are very spacious and they have services for cats similar to dogs. Any cat lover would appreciate it.

Sasha returned to us in perfect shape after her 6 day visit to Paradise. The location near O ‘Hare is convenient and available parking is also just what we needed.

We brought our cat for 2 nights boarding while getting ready to move. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The suites are bright and clean. Climbing trees are a key component and loved by the cats. Overall we were very pleased and would definitely recommend.

Great boarding facility, they were so sweet with our Australian Cattle Dog. Sent an update midway through her stay and the live camera feeds were fun to watch. They were flexible with an early check-in and later check-out! Also let us tour the facility prior to booking and turning in all her proof of vaccines was a breeze! Would highly recommend!
