The two founding members of the dance company, who are dancers themselves, are highly qualified to bring this project to fruition. Kim McDonough has found, in 30 years of teaching in the public school domain and the private sector that role models are imperative for success. In the past, people looked to figures unrelated to them or their sphere of influence (i.e. professional athletes, entertainers, etc.) Today, people are looking for role models that in some way are involved in their lives. This was her motivation in establishing PFDC. Elisabeth Burkley a young woman who is passionate about dance, attended arts schools and has a large performance history was paramount in the direction and progress of Paradigm Flux. Paradigm aims to "Lead the Community through Dance."
