  Waiting on pizza over an hour owner of this papa John's don't have a backup plan when someone walks out pitiful run business never going back!!!

  Took for ever to get my food bc every one the cell phones ugh thay should do that on their on time or find a new job fyi. If not that should find a better manager to make them do so

  Used to have some really hard working staff, especially that girl Sydney. She was always so friendly. If you don't even have good customer service with a mass of people in a very small building, what do you have? I know it's just an after school job for most of them, but taking pride in your work reflects on the outside. Not to mention this is the food you will be eating for dinner, if that's their 100% who knows how they preped the meal. If you're going to the papa johns in King, just don't unless you can get it delivered, so you don't have to wait on your food double the time they stated, without a quality interaction.
