This "plaza" isn't bad. Reason I say plaza is because it shouldn't even be considered a mall. Mall has two floors at least. This has one. I believe it to be some joke from the people who named it. It has decent stores. Not many. Doesn't have many brand name stores like your typical mall does. Looks more of like a swap meet. Mainly the Latin community from this area come to this plaza. I will admit. Certain stores in this plaza do have good deals that you can't compare to other malls. It's an alright place.

The Best place in the valley is the heart Panorama mall lots of stores great deals even though they say this is the home of a well known gang BLYTHE ST!!! And who's reputation like no other gang in the valley I was hoping to get to spend that a few and we did these guys very cool seen a few I thought I was looking at a star they didn't bother us Panorama mall two thumbs up!!!!!

Why 3 stars? Well. Its not really a mall. It has some good places to eat. It has some fashion stores but none of the big chain you come across industry malls.

The only reason for the three stars is because of the stinky smell that covers the entire parking lot and the garbage. Other than that the stores are one of a kind and the people and employees everywhere are nice and down to earth. But will someone please take care of the poop smell! Please guys!! 💩

I have been going to this mall for years now. Though the services and content in the mall is not as grand or extravagant as larger malls this mall has improved a lot. The food court has more selections now. Stores and kiosks are clean and clutter free. I am only rating 4 stars for now because I see the potential for more and better changes in the future. Keep up the good job!

It's okay , like there should be better stores. And it's very small & is always filled with people here. Very crowded . & only store I like going to here is fashion nova & the little Tokyo store. But that's my opinion :/

This Mall is very pretty. It is clean and seems like janitors work hard to keep the mall tidy. There is a humongous parking area and seating outside. I love coming to this mall for the ice creams and snacks!

I like it they have some awesome stores and my fiance gets all her normal clothing & more there & I'm starting too as well. And the prices are real good too.

There were two ice cream parlors in the mall, and both of them shared the same marketing tactic: jamming plastic toys in the ice cream to make them look more "appetizing." Not only is this unsanitary, but one must also take into consideration the possibility of lead paints that could seep into the food.

I like the vibe of this mall and the location in Panorama/Van Nuys area. It's got some good shops and restaurants as well

It's a very friendly mall. The staff that works there are easy to talk to and very pleasant .
Lots of women's clothing stores, children's as well. The selection of food court may need to add some healthy choices .

This place feels like it's right in the middle of gang territory. I usually feel comfortable Everywhere I Go but sometimes when I'm walking this mall I have the feeling of Doom and I just need to get out of there. I like coming here for the El Gallo Giro, that's a very good place to eat. But walking into the Walmart over there sometimes feels like you're possibly risking your life. There are other malls in safer areas that I feel way more comfortable in.

I love the service at The Children's Place. That alone would make me come back. The guy was so helpful & pleasant. The center of the mall could use fresh paint & cleaning.

Another good place to visit. Prices are extremely good in this Mall. With a very large variety of stores to choose from. Walmart being the biggest and one of my personal favorites. As a 62yr old paraplegic, I have found this place to be Wheelchair friendly.
