  Everything is great until after you pay, which by the way, they make you pay 100% upfront. The quality of the cabinets is not the same as what you see in the showroom and they even have the nerve to say that what's on the showroom is 10-12 years old and that's why it's different than what they deliver to your home. When you tell the salesman about your issues, he will "wash his hands" and forward everything to a manager, which is a "very busy man" and in our case it took 2 weeks to hear from him and a lot of back and forth to get him to do anything. They blame each other. After finally getting them to accept to replace the damaged pieces, they said they will finish the cabinets in a week and then we have to wait for the granite countertop installation. It is not fair that after paying so much money I'm going to have to live with cabinets that I don't like, and that are different than what I saw in both showrooms, Pembroke Pines and Doral. The main issue with the cabinets is that the edge-banding is a different color and pattern than the rest of the cabinets and it also looks very cheap. They said they can't fix that because that's they way they manufacture it now and it supposed to be better quality. Really? Some of the edges have bubbles and some where chipped, right from delivery! I see how great the quality is... I'm not happy with that, that's not what I paid for, that's not what's in the showroom and I wanted a decent discount. Not the miserable $160 administration fee removal that they gave me. After driving to Doral and demanding to speak to the manager in person, they fixed some of the issues, but not everything, and I ended up settling for what it is and their miserable adjustment. They wear you out. They use sub-contractors and the manager even admitted to me that the "carpenters" that he originally sent were cheaper than the one he sent to take care of the issues and they use them to keep costs low. To top it off, I was told by the salesman, Cesar, at the Pembroke Pines location that cabinets would take 2 days to install and maybe 3 if there's was a problem. Granite was supposed to take another 2-3 days after the cabinets were installed and it took forever, we had issues with the granite, as well. Installer didn't want to work with the granite we had chosen because he said it breaks easily. All in all it took them over 2 months to finish the installation and I spent the holidays without a functional kitchen. This company is full of lies and lame excuses.

  Recently we were renovating our kitchen and visited many stores to see what was available. As soon as we walked into the Panda Kitchen and bath of Pembroke Pines we loved their showroom and products. Cesar one of their representatives was very helpful and listened to what we were looking for. He designed our kitchen exactly how we wanted, and made sure that our order had all the necessary parts. The delivery guy was very professional, all the cabinets and accessories arrived in perfect condition. I would definitely recommend this store to all my friends, especially Cesar Perez. Thank you for all your help, we could not have been more happier with the finished product.

  I got Daniel Gomez after submitting a request online. I guess he is the cherry picker of the incoming lead. He came out and took measurements and when I went in to pick the design he assured me the install would be professional... COMPLETE LIE. sloppy install by sloppy half ass Independent contractors whom don't care enough because they don't get paid enough. One guy showed me his scars from surgery because granite is heavy?! Nasty!

  I worked with the wise ass Danny Gomez, he seems to be cherry picking the online requests that come in. After designing a small kitchen they demanded 7500 UP FRONT. Huge RED FLAG! At the end we got a sloppy installation with the Granite beginning to come apart at the seams. All the attaching screws are exposed and are supposed to be filled in the cabinets.
  All the cabinet doors are miss aligned, the top and side of the entire kitchen was never caulked to the walls so there is a HUGE and uneven gap. Here is the MAIN PROBLEM....THE INSTALLERS ARE INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS and don't give a damn. They are like Uber drivers, just not paid enough so EFF YOU attitude. This is a CHINESE company, family owned and operated. They don't care about customer service. They have been sued left and Right. PLEASE DO YOUR SELF A HUGGGEEEE FAVOR AND STAYYYYYY AWAYYYYYYYYYY!! Stick to the Chinese buffet, at least it looks better on the way out.

  I highly recommend Panda Kitchen and Bath of Pembroke Pines and especially their representative Daniel Gomez. We just completed a renovation of our old kitchen by having a new kitchen installed by Panda. Having Daniel help us made the whole process smooth and worry free as can be. He designed a wonderful kitchen for us, and followed up on the installation process being always responsive and helpful. One of the advantages of buying from Panda is that they have the cabinets ready for immediate installation. We were very pleased with their team - the workmen showed up on time, and did a great job. When we had problems, as my happen in any project, Daniel was always on top of it, and went over and above to make sure that we get the best result. If you decide to order from Panda, ask for him to help you as well.

  This place is horrible. We hired them last year to install our kitchen and a bathroom vanity. My wife worked on the design over several weeks with one of their designers. He came to our house and did the measurements himself. After coming to an agreement, we had to pay them up front over $13,000 with a certified bank check. Our install was scheduled for a Monday and I was told to have my kitchen torn out, rewired and ready for that Monday. The installer arrived at 2pm, the day of the install, and said that the kitchen designed wouldn't fit. We had to go back to the store and redesign the kitchen over a couple hours. I had taken the week off for the install and they ended up coming back 2 days later to try it again. The installer should have been a butcher because he cut and rigged everything on the job. What a chop job. The drawers aren't leveled, the baseboards aren't attached, there are unfilled nail holes everywhere. The crown molding across top is uneven, the outlet holes show beyond the outlet covers and the bathroom vanity goes all the way to the floor with no toe kick, screws coming through the sides splitting the shelves, shelves cut to make smaller ones making them unfinished on edges.We never signed off on the job and they won't come back to complete it. The installers complain constantly about the company. It's an absolute disaster. GO TO YELP TO SEE MY PHOTOS.

  Panda Kitchen in Pembroke Pines, FL a must see and use for your kitchen and bathroom designs. I couldn't be more happier with our kitchen, it's beautiful. I was attended by Danny, a truly amazing person and professional that provided us with a world-class service. He was attentive and patient to all of our needs and requests, designing the perfect kitchen for us. He would go the extra mile to satisfy our wants, and I had a lot of wants. Jose, the cabinet installer was courteous, reliable, and very skill full in carpentry, he was able to do a work of art with the crown moldings, making them look through out the cabinets very natural. Jianco, a back splash professional installer, who is very detailed with his installations and takes his time to provide you with what you like and want. The team at this Panda kitchen location are exceptional. They are willing to recommend you with other professionals to complete your kitchen needs. I was linked to a superb and professional plumber Gabriel, he completed all my appliance installations. I don't write too much reviews, but I believe that when you receive state of the art service you need to share. As I always say word of mouth is the best referral. This Panda Kitchen location will not let you down, just ask for Danny and his team and they will take care of your design.
