Pupusas mixto y de loroco
Pupusa obvs but fried stuffed plantains are sooooooo good too!
Hole in the wall place even selling pupusas on the street. Going in a group makes you try different ones like mushroom & garlic, Jalapeño. As tasty as pupusas are the cabbage slaw is also delicious.
Omg!Pupusas are amazing!Don't ask the lady how many would u need to get full! She will say 4 and 4 are too many!
all the pupusas here are solid, but the mushroom and garlic one is a definite winner. don't forget the salad and sauce! you might be waiting a little while, but it'll be worth it.
Cheap authentic delicious pupusas
Amazing for late night. Affordable and delicious. Spinach one is my favorite, but they all were good
Try the spinach pupusa! It's amazing with the sauce and cabbage.
If you are there in the morning, get the desayuno típico. If late at night, the pupusa with loroco.
I highly recommend "pupusas con loroco y queso" (pupusas with loroco flower and cheese). Don't be afraid; loroco "flower" is just a kind of green veggie--they pick the blossoms before they bloom.
Papusas platas. best $6.50 you'll spend this week.
The Salvadorean papusas at the bare bones 16th Street location are the best in the Mission. A papusa is a thick corn tortilla stuffed with pork, cheese or beans, sounds great to us.
Best popusas eveeer!!!
try the Pupusa's and the tamales
Practice your Spanish skills. Say the following: "Un plato de dos revueltas. Gracias." If you're adventurous, add the following: "Una Cerveza Tecate, tambien, por favor."
