This was a wonderful store.. with lots of friendly helpful workers.. Petsmart moved in, and they had to close.

First time using Pampered Pet for boarding. Very convenient. We were only staying over Saturday night, Sunday pickup. Worked for us. The only thing I will do differently is bring her own food. Whatever the house chow is/was gave her a very upset tummy. I'm sure it didn't help she was in a strange place for the first time.
I'd give 5 stars if they had a yard for them to play in in groups. She's used to boarding at a place where they have several yards for the dogs to hang out and the handlers play with them and they are together in a group/social environment.
Will use Pampered Pet again when we stay in Key West.

After driving over ten hours to Key West, I was hit with a long list of waivers when dropping off my two dogs for boarding. I missed the section that said if I would be charged a full night's fee if I was late (I was late by one hour). The owner had plenty of time to point that out to me when I dropped my dogs off. Also, when I opened the door, the strong smell of pet odor hit me between the eyes.

What a treat it was to have my handicap dog Mimi groomed by these lovely folks today. The store has a great deal of character and healthy pet products. Next time I stop by I'll make more time to shop ; ) Thanks again to you all for a reasonable price for a great service.

We moved to Key West and was worried about finding a kennel we would leave our American Mastiff (Medusa) at. After living here a year and numerous visits I can highly recommend this place. The staff is fantastic and the owner made us feel at home since day one. Even more importantly our dog loves the staff and kennel. She actually gets excited to go and see everyone. We travel for work quite a bit and have used them numerous times and will not use anyone else since they are so great. 10 out of 10 stars is all I can say!
