Beware! this is not a hotel but private owned apartments. So our is completely run down, never cleaned and with no wifi.
Happy holidays with kids without pools ( all closed because it is winter , even when they said that they have one open), without wifi and , when we arrived with 1 inch of dust everywhere.
We had to pay extra the second in order to have someone clean once the apartment the third day.
They flat out refused to reimburse us when we stated that we want to leave and find a better choice.
The ladies at the reception are super nice and understanding, but the property is managed by StripViewSuites at Palm Place. This joke of management company NEVER respond even if they said be open 24/7.
Completely ruined our vacation! Please beware!
I am happy to visit this hotel once or twice a year. Its proximity to the strip, as well as its ethnicity and on-site food and fun, has made my trips to Las Vegas. Exciting. I have signed up for several speaking engagements workshops because, hopefully, I can stay at this beautiful hotel.
I didn't stay in the hotel. I went to Laguna Pool House and Kitchen for dinner. Let me tell you, it was the best experience under new management. I visited this restaurant back in 2019 and was amazed at the customer service. It's been closed for 3 years. I jokingly wanted to visit, but it was actually opened, so I had dinner with my daughter. Our server name was Leo, and hands down, he was the best! Talk about consistency. There are no other words that can express the experience we had at this establishment. I highly recommend 👌
Good value and service! The Palms is reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the area. The view from our room of the Strip and the mountains was amazing! Room was clean, and we felt the hotel was safe. The security was excellent! Service was very friendly. The sink in our room was backed up, and staff fixed it within 20 minutes of us reporting it.
Location is definitely in a shady area, but it's nice to be off the strip. There's a grocery store nearby and tons of restaurants. The rooms are great because they have a kitchenette. Clean hotel. It's nice not to have a casino, although you can go on the walkway and have access to palms casino. Some of their amenities are not as great as they used to be. If you go to the gym just know that there's no bathroom there. Also at the pool I know waitresses however it works a restaurant that you can get drinks and food. Great gym other than it not having a bathroom. Pool of does not allow you to take towels back together which is odd. Hotel does offer room service and valet parking. So parking is super quick and easy as well. I've stayed at this hotel many many times but this is my first time back since COVID and it was a little disappointing. The room itself was great though.
