This is by far one of the best dentist office that I’ve ever visited. Excellent service and the most attentive and polite staff I’ve seen in Henry County. Prior to my cleaning, the Doctor perform her exam and thoroughly explain everything. I would highly recommend this practice!

Every visit to Palmetto Family Dental was pleasant! Every member of the practice from walking in the door to receiving services was kind and made going to the dentist relaxing. As a constant on the move mother, knowing appointment times are respected is priceless. The dental assistants and dentist are not only friendly but also knowledgeable. The reasonable prices are the additional icing on the cake.

My initial review was gonna be 4 stars because of the level of comfort I felt while having multiple procedures. “DO NOT” purchase a teeth whitening kit from them. I purchased one on 3/3/2023 from them and was told it would take 2 weeks. Fast forward to 4/10 2023 I had to give them a call and was told someone would communicate with me and I have yet to receive communication from anyone. Total cost i will have to dispute $400 these days is a lot.

My experience at Palmetto Family Dental office in McDonough was excellent. The office personnel was friendly and there was little to no wait time. They worked to arrange my appointments around a tight schedule. They were upfront about costs and worked with my insurance to get the most benefit. I recommend this practice to anyone looking for a good dental practice.

Everyone is extremely nice and personable. They never make me wait passed my appointment time which I was forced to do with other places. They also don’t lie to you about needing unnecessary work done just to get more insurance money. Trust me, I’ve had dentist that were dirty like that. You will love your experience here! I actually don’t dread my appointments. Shoutout to Alanna. She’s the sweetest! ❤️
