  Initial sales experience was great. We purchased a sectional on sale and was offered an extra piece that would take a week to get in. Paid cash and set up delivery.
  
  Delivery was a few days after purchase and the guys were AMAZING! They took great care in getting each piece set up and in place. They also helped us attempt to move another piece of furniture into our basement and although they busted a sweat trying to get it in there it just wouldn't go.
  
  I was so pleased with it that I ordered one more section that day. That was January 30. On February 9th I called to check on my two extra pieces and was told it takes about 3 weks. I was a little disappointed because we had family coming to visit while I recovered from surgery two weeks later.
  
  By February 20th, 3 weeks, we heard nothing. I did not have time to check on it as I had major surgery that week. Finally feeling better I called March 9th to see where the pieces were. I was told there was a mix-up but that both we're at the store. I scheduled delivery for March 16th at 10:30. That morning no one showed and no one called. When I called to see where the delivery was I was told they forgot. After apologizing more times than I can count, I was told they would be there asap. Just before 3 one delivery guy showed up with two dirty pieces. I watched as he fought and fought to separate the pieces to add in the others. Finally I called my husband out of his office to help this guy get the pieces moved around. Thankfully the dirt was easily removed with a damp cloth.
  
  All in all we love the sectional. It is great quality and looks amazing. The sectional itself and the first delivery guys deserve 5 stars but the rest of our experience is only worth two to three stars. Just be cautious.

  We bought a recliner in January which started to fall apart in February. Still hasn't been warrantied and here it is November. Also it wasn't disclosed that this is rent to own. We were told financing was available through snap credit. We were unable to access account. Found out we're paymore than twice what it's worth and still don't have a good recliner. BAD BUISNESS!!!!!!!!!

  the owner is a scum bag and the furnitures is cheap, buy from somewhere else.
  
  my girlfriend bought a bedroom set from there and paid in cash, and right off the bat we started having issues with this place. the furniture arrived about 2 weeks later than what we were told to expect, and the delivery people had "forgotten" to bring one of the end tables.
  
  my girlfriend also picked a bed frame that was a floor model, and that had to be sent somewhere because it was already broken in some way. when we finally got it, we had the frame for 3 days, and the legs that support the slats had come loose, causing the mattress to sag in the middle severely. we went back to the store to ask about having the frame replaced, and they refused to do that unless we paid a $100 restocking fee. we had the frame for less than a week, and were only trying to get more money out of us. we refused and after talking to the owner directly, they sent someone out to fix our frame, and from the repairman told us, the owner was reluctant to do even that.
  
  we will never buy from them again, and i'm suggesting to you that you do the same. buy from somewhere that actually knows how to do business, and treats customers well. don't buy from someone who only wants to take your money.

  We had bought a complete living room set thought it was going great the sales man told us the love seat would be there in a week it's been three weeks now and we are to it takes about four weeks to come in it would have been nice to know when we paid for our furniture it would take 4 weeks .

  Just had couches delivered from Palmer and couldn't be happier. We visited several furniture stores in the area and we had a really hard time finding even one piece of furniture that we liked at those places. In contrast, we ended up trying to decide between three different sets at Palmer. They have a great selection.
  
  Their showroom and sales process is no-thrills, which was also refreshing. They didn't waste a bunch of money on unnecessary filler furniture, had an extremely low-pressure sales team, and their prices were all great and clearly labeled.
  
  Overall, the customer service experience was great, the furniture selection was awesome, prices were good, delivery was prompt, and on top of everything else we now own probably the most well constructed piece of furniture we've ever purchased. Fantastic experience and we'd highly recommend them.
