  One of my favorite date nights is dinner at The Palm, a stroll in downtown Nashville, and a show at the Ryman. You never go wrong at the Palm. The hash browns are a MUST.

  Outstanding food. Have gone here a more than a few times before walking right across the street to a Preds game. Always great service & the food is cooked just right everytime!

  Service was great. Steaks and oysters were good. Au gratin and hash brown potatoes were ok but not as good as Flemings or Chris. Never tried it and wanted to give it a shot. We were in there today at around 5pm and they were out of bone in ribeyes. Me, Wife and 3 kids bill was 600 with tip. Meal was good not 600 good.

  Excellent food, excellent wine, and excellent service. Aside from a distracting fellow customer, a buffoon with another party, the evening was a pleasure. The sampler appetizer was perfectly chilled for the lovely, ice-cold seafood selections. The sea bass was to die for and melted in my mouth. The portions were properly measured. The steaks were enormous. And the sides were heavenly.

  I'm someone that lives in a city that has 3 Palm Restaurants and I can't imagine coming to Nashville and not having a dinner at the Palm in Nashville. The service is unlike any of the other locations i have been to and food and wine is always top notch. I've has several business dinners there as well as personal with friends and family and have never been disappointed. Special shout out to Manager Bryan who always remembers us and makes us feel at home and Thanks again to the great staff there for an always enjoyable meal and time. Can't wait to come back

  I ate here for the first time last night and I enjoyed myself. Our server was very attentive. She explained the menu items in detail and answered my questions when I had them. My drink was VERY potent. The calamari was pretty good. I could do without the peppers. I was disappointed that there was only ONE chicken dish (chicken parmigiana). I do not eat beef or pork. It would have been nice to have a half chicken or something like that on the menu. The sides were delicious. All in all I can't complain--it was a good experience. But I wont be in a rush to come back.

  I think it is a tad overrated. Not as upscale as I thought. It was louder than I expected, almost too loud. Cokes were way overpriced. My filet was great. Desert was good. It was good for one visit but probably won't be going back anytime soon.

  I was disappointed with my lobster dinner tonight. I only ate half the lobster because it was undercooked and rubbery. And unfortunately the lobster macaroni was very soupy. On the plus side, the salad was good and the service was excellent.

  I had a great experience. The food and service was amazing. The portions were perfect. We had steak and a 4 pound lobster. Everything was cooked perfectly. I would give this place 10 stars if i could. :)

  The Palm is expensive, but you get your money's worth... and then some. This is not a place where you will pay $40 for a quarter size piece of tapas food and leave hungry. Extremely large portions 😊 The Palm serves the epitome of aged steaks, fresh live Nova Scotia lobsters flown in fresh daily, and the most amazing wine list... together make this restaurant a must visit. Celebrity sightings are frequent at this location. When celebrities visit from Los Angeles, New York, or internationally, this is one of their first stops. I have met Mel Gobson, Pamela Anderson, country celebrities, and many more here. The Who's who of Nashville also dine here frequently. Be sure to make a reservation, as walk-ins are usually put on a wait list (which I've noticed most of the negative reviews on this site are for that reason) ... The Palm is in high demand so get on the reservation list!

  Just because a restaurant charges $55 per steak does not mean they will make it the way you order it. The sides and service were appropriate but medium steak came out well done. After a 20 min wait to be seated with a reservation I declined to accept the management's offer to send the steak back. They did at least take it off the bill.

  Great place. My husband decided to eat her 10 minutes before they closed on a Wednesday night. I tried to talk him out of it but he insisted because he wanted a " good steak" and we were leaving the next day to go home. The employees there were super friendly. I thought they would've acted annoyed that we were so rude to come that late but they were so nice. My husband even " nicely " complained that they didn't serve
  " real southern sweet tea" so the waiter went and made him some himself and it was perfect. The food was great too. We left very happy. I only wish I could remember the waiters name. He was so accommodating. I highly recommend this place.

  It was a good place for a small party, thankfully we had valet at the Hilton because the Predators were playing at Bridgestone and the street was blocked off.

  My friends and I were met at the door. Everyone was personable and friendly..... The GM even came out to thank us for visiting. We all felt like royalty!!! Highly recommend!!!

  Back again and still, Great across the board. Staff is very productive and professional, steaks are great lobster was fantastic. Very clean and the atmosphere is very nice. You should definitely try it out. Prices I will say are pretty up there but the foods quality deserves it.

  If your looking for good food it's a sure bet BUT service is on the cold side with a dash of attitude. Really spoils the experience for the price you pay. Much better options for a good meal.
