Excellent food, service, and decor. Parking is easy and free. But back to the food -- it's delicious every time and portions are generous! Carry out service is good, too.

Very pretty environment though little noisy. Pretty good service. Very tasty food in the whole range of types of foods. Price is a little high but the volume is large. They were understaffed the night we were there but other times I have had relatively fast service. I'd highly recommend it to anybody who likes Middle Eastern food and the food was not real spicy.

The staff was very friendly and greeted us before and during the meal. The bread is delicious and filling. The shawarma was very delicious with a citrus twist. One can spend 10-20 dollars here and completely fill-up 2 people. I'm thoroughly satisfied with the service, food and restaurant atmosphere. While it is not the most romantic place, it is excellent for larger groups and meet ups.

I was very impressed by this restaurant! The dining area alone is something to behold, but the food really got my attention. Everything I tried was outstanding compared to other Mediterranean restaurants I've been to, and the staff was quite friendly and helpful on top of it. This has become my favorite restaurant in the Ann Arbor area!

Some of the best Mediterranean food I've ever had away from home! The people couldn't have been more accommodating and polite either I mean, if I lived closer to Ann Arbor I'd be here 4 days a week!! Love it

Last week we had the chance to eat at the Palm palace in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
It was an awesome experience, the food was great. Very tasty , the best middle eastern food I have ever tried. the service was super. Our server Moe was extraordinary. The chief/ manager was very hospitable .He made us feel so welcomed. Lord's willing, every time we are in Michigan, we have to go to the Palm palace as a family.
We all as a family loved it.
I highly recommend this place for everyone who has a chance to visit Ann arbor, Michigan.

I have been to this restaurant many times and am very pleased with the quality of the food and service. So much so that I hosted a small reunion of work buddies, 20 people in all with 3 children, and was a little worried that the service would not be up to par just because we had so many people - all with separate checks and separate meals. But I must say the service was OUTSTANDING. The waitress was Stephan (yes, only one person!) and she kept every single thing in order including refilling beer and wine, water, etc. She was absolutely amazing and the food was, as usual, excellent. My favorite place to eat!!!!!

I placed a carry out and had to wait 40 minutes for it! They estimated 10-15 minutes. Once I finally got it, after I leave I realize there's no silverware or napkins. How am I supposed to eat chicken and a salad with no silverware? Very frustrating. There's better places with better service. I won't be back here.

This is Sergio using my son's computer. Me and my wife we've been eating here for quite some time now. And we enjoy the food and the service very much. The staff is very friendly. The manager there, Mr. Abdul is a very nice gentleman. Everything we've ordered there so far tasted excellent. We enjoy it very much. Since we have a small local business nearby we started ordering lunch there and it's become our second kitchen away from home. And I highly recommend this place for anyone.

Good food and great natural fresh squeezed juices! It can be kind of pricey when you have the whole family but they also have sandwiches that are not too expensive yet delicious! And the bread with garlic sauce are just perfect! I would recommend it :)

We love the food at Palm palace, but particularly their service. Hoda (our favorite waitress) is amazing. The warmth is that typical of middle Eastern culture, with an ambiance is both relaxed and stimulating.

The fresh bread, garlic sauce, and salads are delicious. The chicken, lamb, and other dishes are very well prepared.

Our only regret is that we live a bit further away now, and don't get to eat here often anymore.
