  I recently had a back injection procedure by Dr. Grille. I can't believe the difference!! I was actually running today with my wife for a few miles pain Free! Amazing! Best result yet. THANK YOU DR. GRILLE! You're the best!

  I am so happy I was referred here a couple of years ago by my neurosurgeon. The PA's here are wonderful and easy to talk to. They also have many pain treatment options. The pain management place I went to previously was a complete joke. None of the injections they gave me worked but then I met Anton! Love him! I might be a little soar after my SI Injections, but they work! Dr T is great and love PA Woodson!

  Wonderful! Dr. Kost and his staff are friendly, compassionate and professional! Natural as well as the newest medical treatments available! He tries everything for his patients if they so desire. Dr. Kost works tirelessly to develop ways to improve the lives of others and we truly appreciate his knowledge and brilliance! Amazing Doctor amazing person! So grateful!!

  I’ve been to a fair share of pain treatment/clinics in my time (my husband was military). And I can honestly say this one is the best. The staff are kind and ready to help with any questions you may have. And I’m not sure about the other doctors, but Dr Jason is an absolute DOLL. He treats me like a person, instead of a patient. And cares deeply about making sure the medications I’m on are working, and that I’m able to get the procedures I need done. I wish I could give them 100 stars.

  I really thought this pain treatment center was going to be different from the others. We'll it's not, don't waste your time. They will only take new patients on and then offer them injections only, they will not do official pain management or write any prescriptions for medications. So don't bother wasting your time it's not worth it there more were afraid about losing their license then treating the actual patient. So I suggest you go somewhere else because they're just going to waste your time like they did the last two appointments that I went to. Doctor cherry wasting my time and I recommend that no one goes and visits him he's only going to waste your time to and recommend you to go to either Suboxone or methadone clinic for your pain treatment. Or injections but that's all he recommends. So save yourself the time and look elsewhere

  The entire staff, from the receptionists, to the nursing assistants, to the physicians, everyone is outstanding. Courteous, knowledgeable, understanding and patient; I was never made to feel that my questions were silly or my needs didn't matter. Very through care in all aspects of my treatment.

  Love this place! Am researching Calmare therapy and was impressed with both clinical and admin staff at appointment. They had therapy approved prior to my visit and they could have scheduled me to come back the following Monday but I hadn't yet cleared it with work and family. Looking forward to a life with a lot less pain!!!

  I only have good things to say about them. They never make you wait, they're very professional, courteous, and understanding. Chronic pain is a very difficult thing to live with, I don't know how I could manage it without their help.

  Beth was very knowledgeable about my lupus and chronic pain issue. She spent 1 hr 45 min with me. Then I had an issue with my written rx and they fixed it promptly. Very pleased.

  I give a one because of the simple fact that they had moved my appointment 2 times without my consent. I then call back 3 times to reschedule my appointment and unfortunately they could not return my phone call so I had to show up there in person to change that appointment which they ended up scheduling a month after my 2nd appointment and they don't want to help at all with my problem it's very unfortunate because the first doctor that I saw on my very first visit was a PA she was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable it's unfortunate that they do not know how to run the show at their facility. No help. The nurse Lori i believe was her name was very very rude and told me to nevwr return. I work for a office myself ans would never tell someone to not return.

  In my opinion, stay the hell away from this outfit. The office staff loves to play with the "Hold" button. They get all "uppity" when one shows signs of frustration. When you do finally snap, they hang up on you when you call back after being disconnected. They charge for "missed" appointments...even though one called prior to the "24 hour" cancellation window. In my treatments, I have had none that were beneficial yet they keep insisting they will help.
  STAY AWAY! In my crippled opinion! Damn DUMP!

  I took time off from work to take my mom who is 79 years old who is handicapped and uses a wheel chair for an appointment and due to a traffic incident we were 15 min late. When we arrived, I was told by a staff member that they would not see us because it would interfere with the schedule.I was told by this staff member if your more than 10 min late they will not see you. I was never made away of this prior to this incident. This staff member was completely rude and showed no compassion what so ever. The schedule was more important than a patients well being. It is appalling and disgusting that a patient would be treated this way. I will never go back to them nor will I ever recommend this facility to anyone.

  ALL of the staff have been WONDERFUL! They are always kind and very accommodating when I need to change an appointment or have a problem or questions. They validate parking and if you are a Hartford Hospital cancer patient they will treat you for free if your insurance doesn't cover it. I can't say enough nice things about everyone I have met here. I was a little afraid after reading other reviews so wanted to post my experience. Nice people here!

  The support staff is HORRIFIC!! I made an appointment 1-1/2 months ago to have a procedure (which they've done in the past) and they called me less than a week before to say insurance needed more information for preauthorization and had to cancel. I began queationing them and told them I'd call them right back. I immediately called my insurance company and they never received any requests from Hartford Hospital Pain Mgmt!! They outright lied to me!! The insurance company called them and they did the two step with them too!! I then received a call from HH stating I had to sign a waiver or they wouldn't do the procedure. Am I missing something here?! The insurance company said this IS a covered procedure, so why are they giving me such a hard time?? They work for me - I'm the customer and deserve respect!! I then asked about my prescription that was to be called in for my procedure, as I was just at the pharmacy and it never was (have had 1-1/2 months to do this). I told her I'd be at the pharmacy tomorrow and I would need to get it then, or wouldn't have another opportunity. Her response "that's not my area - I don't know about that" - WHAT?? Whatever happened to customer service?? Get off your lazy ass and fix the problem!! I left a message for the office manager and she never called me back. NO PROFRESSIONALISM HERE!!
