  After a bit of a debacle and waste of time in dealing with Sole Fitness, the driver who picked up an elliptical to be returned to Sole (he delivered it as well), recommended Pacillo's Fitness Gear.
  
  I'm relieved that he did.
  
  Purchased an elliptical over the phone. Dealt with Manager Chris and within the week (four days) the elliptical was delivered, unboxed, and assembled in our basement all within an hour.
  
  This is how buying exercise equipment of any sort should be. Professional. Courteous. Excellent.
  
  Pacillo's has a lifetime customer now.

  Friendly and professional staff, good range of equipment, invaluable delivery and setup. I bought a Bodycraft VR400 rower from Pacillo's. I did a fair amount of research online, and tried out a few models in the Rochester showroom. I made the purchase and scheduled delivery over the phone. The guys that delivered the machine and set it up in my basement were prompt, friendly, and professional. This was an expensive purchase for me (though the prices here are competitive), everyone at Pacillo's that I dealt with was great, and the process was pleasant and painless. Highly recommended.
