Terrible service company - may be ok for purchase but no long term relationship. They ceased service as we got behind on payments, this makes sense. But they keep billing for service they weren't providing for over two years!!! I own the machine and now they are trying to bill me for more than the cost of the machine for a period of time they did nada.

As a client of theirs, we have had positive responsiveness on Service Calls, quick turn around times for service with a friendly Dispatch department and receptiveness of feedback for my Konica Minolta copier issues.

What a wonderful experience Stens Corporation had with Pacific Office. They were professional and assessed our office needs with a tailor-made package to streamline our in-house printing needs. This saved us time and money. I highly recommend them.
