I had to send a package overnight on a Wednesday at 4:30 pm to arrive Thursday by 10:00 am. Since there is no FedEx company location I had to go to an agent store. I went to this store. Big mistake.
First I was told FedEx picked up already for the day. But, I was told it would go out on Thursday and arrive Friday by 10:30 am. I was charged $43.83. I agreed provided it would arrive Friday morning. Guess What? It didn't. FedEx tracking showed it to arrive Monday by 10:30 am.
I called Pack N Shop and talked to Chris. He said there was nothing he could do. Offered no help. No refund of any amount. Pretty much said "too bad, so sad."
Do not trust these people. They will tell you what you want to hear to get your money.

I needed to fax a very important document that had a very limited deadline. Went in, they faxed my document, I paid and left.

Turns out the fax was sent to a wrong number, a completely different one than the number I provided to be faxed.

I was contacted and given an extension for the deadline and had it faxed at a local library instead. They managed to get it right.

If I can't trust the idiots at this business to send a simple fax, what can I trust them for?

I had three delicate items to ship and no idea how to do it. I took them to Pack n Ship and the owner clearly explained how she was going to wrap, pack and explained all shipping rate options and carriers available . Problem solved!

I will definitely use Pack n Ship again!

These guys did great work. I needed to ship an antique tool chest to Texas. They packed it and it came through perfectly.

They are open even when the post office isn't. :D I can ship Fedex and USPS from one place. Amazing. 5 Stars from me.
