  Gavin was an awesome salesperson and he was very knowledgeable about all the tech questions we had about the different laptops. PC Richards always has a very friendly sales crew and it is the first store I shop at for any electronic device. I appreciate knowing that they can offer quality advice and service. The manager Rich goes out of his way to help the customers and assist with his staff. I would strongly recommend PC Richards for anyone that appreciates good service.

  Salesman was very helpful and informative. Weren't able to find what we were looking for, but he never tried pressuring us into something different. Which was very refreshing. We were refrigerator shopping, but I'm assuming the experience would be the same no matter what you're shopping for. Would definitely recommend this store.

  I’ve been a customer of PC Richards for quite a few years now. My salesman is Jim, and he is awesome. So far, he has sold me several phone systems, several air-conditioners, a TV, a receiver, several pair of high-end headphones, and a vacuum cleaner. One reason I keep coming back is that Jim has always gone over and above when it comes to helping me figure things out. I so appreciate the wonderful service I get at your store, and I recommend you guys to all my friends.

  Robert was wonderful. Such a pleasure to work with and I hope to do business with him again in the future. I would recommend my mother to the store. The brief time I worked with Kevin and Rich they both were very informative. I'll definitely come back!

  If friendliness and congeniality received STARS, then Jim would be rated with at least twice this amount!
  While we cannot, yet, rate the appliances for which we are awaiting delivery, we can certainly rate the process by which they were obtained.
  Jim listened to our priorities. With just the right questions, he was able to ascertain what it was that was most important to us and why. From that, he came up with several models for us to compare, which all met our criteria. He never rushed us as we talked about the various features and prices of each. When we couldn't really budget in what we wanted, Jim worked it out so that we were able to do just that.
  What is also important to note is that we had been to all of the local big box stores, as well as the department stores which sell appliances, and competitive electronic /appliance stores.
  We did best at PC Richards; Not only by the amount of selection available, but by meeting a sales person who was willing to listen to what we needed and help us with those needs. It wasn't about what he needed to sell; it was about what we needed to have.

  Ethan and Kevin took such great care of us. They made the process of getting our new fridge, range, and microwave super easy. Couldn't have asked for better service than what we got here and PC Richards Manchester. Will definitely be back for future purchases. Thanks guys!

  Great service and team effort! Came back to the store 4 times checking out new mattresses. Needed a firm mattress for me and a soft one for my spouse. Very knowledgable staff. Spoke with Ethan, Mark, Nick and Rich as to which would work best for each of us. They helped us make the best decision on which mattress would help improve our sleep.   I had the best shopping experience at this store. I went in on Friday to purchase a new refrigerator since they had a great sale and a coupon. Wild Bill was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products available to me. He even tried to adjust the interior shelves in one of the models I was looking at. I got such personal service and attention from both him and Carl. I can;\'t wait to shop there again.

  I just purchased a much needed suite of kitchen appliances from Mike in Manchester. I am a single mom, working on a budget. Mike was courteous and professional. He listened to my needs and more importantly my budget concerns. He carefully explained each of my options so that I was able to make smarter decisions. I felt comfortable and secure with my purchases. I even added a dryer! I would highly recommend this store and Mike!

  Ethan is one of the best there is when it came to helping pick out our appliances. Super personable and fun guy to be around, he also saved us a ton of money. I would highly recommend him and we are definitely going back to PC Richard's in the future. He made the buying process super simple and told us what to get that's quality and wouldn't break the bank. Truly an A+ salesman, I would recommend him to my family members, friends, or anyone for that matter who is in the process of purchasing appliances, etc. Ethan knows his stuff and doesn't push the most expensive items on you like every other salesman. We had a great experience, thank you very much!

  Got an amazing deal on an open box T.V. the models on the wall might look a little fuzzy but the salesperson that was helping us assured us that it was because they were running so many TVs off one connection. Low and behold we got it home hooked it up and the picture is great. The employee are knowledgeable and helpful and the prices are great!

  We received a flyer in the mail regarding a clearance sale at PC Richards. We have been debating about getting a new TV and thought we would check out the selection. Carl greeted us right away and was able to help us pick out the right TV. The transaction was quick and they helped us carry it out to our vehicle. We will definitely come back here again for all of our future purchases!

  I drove uponfrom the Bronx, to check out the store because it was recommended by a friend. Once in the store I was greeted by a P C Richard employee named chad he was very friendly and Knowledgeable about the items I was interested in purchasing. He took the time to help me and gave me the answers I was looking for. I took some time in the store with my family and there was no pressure to sell me anything, well I finally bought my items the prices were great and my overall experience was very pleasant I would definitely recommend this store to a friend or family.

  Came to PC Richard my wife needed a new Computer. I went into the department and was greated by the Manager Artie. He showed me an HP computer. I had a couple specific tech questions about it so Artie got Adam over he finished up the sale. My Wife loves her compute. Thanks to Artie and Adam they were both great,

  We have been having some issues with both our refrigerator and our dishwasher that we had bought about a year ago. We also purchased an extended warranty to protect these appliances. My father had called to schedule an appointment for them to come out, and unfortunately we had to reschedule. So when we rescheduled, I had to take the day off to wait for the service man to come. When they scheduled our appointment, for the second time, they told my father that he would have to wait for a call between 8:30-9:00am, and when no one called he called them to only be told that they do not service our area...a town that is only about 25 minutes from one of their stores. We have been without our dishwasher for three weeks, and the refrigerator has been making strange sounds. How can this company say "we service all our appliances" when clearly they do not. What is a warranty good for when we can't even get our appliances fixed.
