  Team OMC had a very successful day at Stockton Triathlon, including 1st, 2nd & 3rd overall male & 1st overall female in the short course and 2nd overall male & 1st & 2nd overall female in the long course, as well as many age group awards.

  Splash and Dash this week will still be Swim/Run/Swim. Week 3 make up will be August 2nd. We will start with the kids again (so bonus week for them). The makeup will be Run/Swim/Run.
