Me and my family come here every year on vacation and we try to come to the Oyster bar every year multiple times throughout the week. We are usually big fans. We always come on Labor Day week. We came twice this past week, Monday and Friday night. Both nights we were greeted very uncomfortably. We always sit at the outside bar because that’s the best place with the best views. Both nights, the bartenders were very standoffish. We got there at 7pm (they close at 9pm). Both nights the bartenders said they start closing early and were actively cleaning and putting stuff up as if they were immediately closing. They didn’t even seem like they wanted to serve us. Very negligent and honestly unwelcoming. They kept saying stuff like “oh we’re overflow we always close early”. We’ve been coming here for 6 years and this has never happened before. We were very displeased with the service. We were rushed and made to feel like a burden. Honestly we will likely not come back with the service we were greeted with. Very poor hospitality and service.

This is my go to spot. There's a bar and dining outside. You're upstairs able to watch the boats is they come to and from in the intercoastal waterway, seafood restaurant but I've honestly had the best steak ever here

Was recommended by local. Wasnt the besr experience. 1 hr 23 min wait at 7pm on a Sunday…. Not too bad. Got to table covered with paper. Didn't expect that for the price of food. Food was decent. Service was terrible. Saw our server 4 times. Once to take order. 20 minutes later for the salads 20 minutes later for the entrees and 15 minutes later for a togo box. Never got a refill for our drinks.

Visiting Perdido Key for the week. Wont be back here.

View was beautiful! Food was excellent, we order appetizers and we didn’t need those. Big portions on regular menu. Steak was excellent, coconut shrimp, fried flounder, fried shrimp, and mahi-mahi. All very good!

Good food and atmosphere. Tons of marine life everywhere, boater friendly. I had the steak, wife had oysters, and 10 year old said chicken tenders were bussin. Drinks were on point. What else could you ask for.

Great steamed oysters. Had to try the blackened oysters too. Professional staff. Great service. Bautiful scenery and the restaurant just has great ambiance.

Won't be back, after telling me there was a 25 min wait and taking down my phone number. My wife and I waited a hour and a half I finally went inside and asked about an ETA on our table and they looked confused. Had an entire new seating list and completely forgot about us. Not even an apology or anything. The food was good but portions where small, we where still hungry when we left. Menu is expensive. Our server was great and she was friendly. But I will not be back because the hostess or hostesses? There where like 3 and all of them had an I don't care attitude.

Good service. Very happy with food, especially the coconut shrimp. Good location, visit Johnson beach or lagoon park.

Amazing !!! Food is fabulous. Awesome cocktails. Fabulous ambiance. Good prices. Could not ask for more! The seafood bisque was supendios , all of the fish items we had were cooked to perfection. Waiter was so nice and made sure we had everything we wanted. We drove some distance from our hotel to get there but it was so worth it!

I do not normally post about food establishments, but the food here was excellent!! We had 7 people in our group and all ordered different entrees. Everyone loved the food and the seating. We sat outside right off the water. Great service, great food, great pricing!!

Love Oyster Bar Restaurant; it's beautiful. The oysters are fresh as directly from ocean to plate. Gumbo is delicious too... Hostess Victoria has beautiful smile & a welcoming attitude. We're looking forward to visiting again soon💕

Good dinner and sunset! Service was meh but not terrible. Food was good, we had calamari, oysters on the half shell and split a mixed fried platter.
I would have given more stars if the service had been better.

Our favorite in the Perdido/Orange beach area by far! Shrimp fettuccine, crab claws, coconut shrimp... we even love the salad. Beautiful indoor seating option with a stunning view of the bay. Love the cheesecake and chocolate rush desserts! We don't ever skip the chance for a visit!!

We had better seafood here than we've had at any restaurant we've eaten at for the past 500+ miles, since northern Alabama. Terrific, slightly sweet oysters from the Louisiana-Texas line. A plain, but good and refreshing salad. Shrimp, butterflied and lightly battered and sourced well so they're packed with flavor. Nice selection of local beer. Way pleasant outdoor dining on a porch overlooking the intercostal waterway.

Great visit on a Tuesday night. Our server, Julie, was fantastic. Food was all delicious and oysters were PHENOMENAL. Much larger than expected of Gulf oysters. The server did mention the oysters do vary depending on supplier, but our visit was awesome.

My husband I come to Perdido Key twice a year and this is always the first place we eat. The cocktails are always great and the food is amazing. I had the fried shrimp which was so fresh and tasty. We are here for the week and will probably go there again before we leave. The service is outstanding.
