Really nice that the trails pop up on google maps. I got a little lost following the old tank road Photos from September 8th. Fuzzy yellow caterpillar was fun to see! Almost looks like Pikachu!

The path maintenance has improved a bit. I found very few spots that are completely impassable. If you're looking to view wildlife this is a great little spot featuring some of the largest and most active beaver ponds I've seen in the area.

There are a few easy hiking trails of 1-3 miles and an excellent public restroom. Grass trail with a few gravel areas, mainly flat. Easy trail for strolling or running. There are a couple spots to put a boat/ kayak in the water. The lake is small4-6 acres possibly and unfrequented this time of year(April). There is also a learning/wildlife center at the parking area. Very nice building but I have not seen any of the programming.

Amazing opportunity to take a paddle in a kayak or canoe and feel like you've traveled back in time 100 or 200 or 1000 years.
