In my opinion this is the best grocery store in the area. The staff are all very friendly and are always willing to help you anyway that they can. If I'm looking for something and they don't have it they always offer me a substitute at the same price or cheaper, many times even free. They also have a great pharmacy with well informed pharmacists as well as a great pharmacy staff. So as for this shopper, I will forever be an Owen's customer. A well deserved "Great Job" to all who work there!

I wish they had a bigger selection for more organic foods. The store needs to get bigger to accommodate our growing community. Otherwise, staff is always nice. Would like to cashiers available to ring you up. The self checkout software is nowhere near top notch.

Has some organic produce and a few organic dairy items. Not enough people working for number of customers. Not all sales items on shelf, no high quality organic milk. Long wait in checkout. No high quality chocolate. Helpful person in produce. WILD Kids not corrected. Not enough healthy alternatives.

since Owens has been bought out by Kroger's the lack of name brands has become parent the selections have been numbered and some of the specialty items that they once carried are no longer available is a shame to see Owens a family run and owned business has turned into a Kroger's lacking service and product quality that we are familiar with and are used to getting the meat selections have been reduced and the chicken quality has failed immensely by not utilizing Golden plump for the 5 pound quarter bags it is sad to see our hometown store reduced to another dollar store it will never be the same sad to say shopping at Myers now with a selection is more broad and you can find the specialty items and namebrand food products we once enjoyed at Owens.

Store has been revamped recently to make it easier to navigate. They carry the Private Selection brand of products that are always just as good as the higher name brand products. This Owens location also has a Starbucks inside with a small seating area and free WiFi.

Friendly cashiers and hometown feel. Saturdays are very busy but worth the trip for all or part of your shopping. Produce is excellent!

Great customer service and they are always willing to upgrade me if they are out of stock in what I need. The new Clicklist option is amazing for people on the go or mom's with small children. This is my go-to store for our families needs.
