We live in a world where food is the heart of any cultural experience, fueled by creativity, atmosphere, and service. Owner and CEO, Daniel Newman, is a veteran of the hospitality industry who has spent the last decade understanding and executing exactly that. His training began at Walt Disney World, a prestigious institution well known for it's rigorous hospitality training and employee service standards. Since then, he has devoted his world to grasping and optimizing the visions of restauranteurs up and down the East Coast. Now, armed with knowledge, an unimaginable support squad, and the ideal location, it’s finally time for a project all his own. Cue…Over The Bridge Café.
Daniel is a family man with deep roots in the Delray community, so he sought to create a delicious yet accessible place that was truly for the locals. Serving American style cuisine with creative Floridian flair, Over the Bridge Café is open seven days a week serving breakfast, lunch, and happy hour. The menu includes a multi-page mouth-watering selection including classics such as the ‘NY Style Bacon, Egg and Cheese’, for all fellow New Yorker’s-turned-Floridians, as well as creative house specialties like the ‘Short Rib Grilled Cheese’, ’Lemon Ricotta Pancakes’, ‘Crisp Citrus Salmon Salad’, and Delray’s very own “Bone-Appetit” Dog-Menu! Featuring weekend live music and daily specials, Over The Bridge Café is located just west of the Intercoastal at 814 East Atlantic Avenue, Downtown Delray Beach. Complete with intimate outdoor patio-style seating, the scent of salty air and prospering dreams, Over The Bridge Café is Delray’s newest dining destination.
