    Excellent service within a timely manner. Everything was done within the time expected. Great communications after check over but before service began letting me know what had to be done and what can be done but not that time but soon.

    Ourisman was great! Adrian Richardson was awesome and I'll recommend anyone looking to by a car to give him a call. This is the fourth car we bought from Ourisman and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

    It was truly a great experience buying my car from this dealership and I would recommend it to anyone. The only reason I didn't give it a full 5 stars is because we bought a car a few years back from the Ourisman Toyota in Fairfax and that was way smoother. It seemed that at that location they worked in teams so there was hardly ever a moment that I was just sitting there waiting. Once the process started either someone was talking to me about the manuals, finance, warranty or anything else to keep me engaged and get me out the door.

    I'm not sure about the certified body shop area but I needed to take my 2016 vehicle to the Ourisman Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram service area 4 times before they even fixed it right. On this date 10/12/17 I'm still not sure if it's done right since I'm getting it back again today now I understand they may have big demands and are short staffed. At what point do you realize this? Shouldn't take over a month to fix a vehicle, say what you want! It's not a total restoration project, I like the certified body shop area tho. They appear to be more thorough when checking and diagnosing issues with my vehicle.

    Awesome service Found what I wanted online and they honored the price exactly. We purchased a Tahoe last year and Malibu this year. Both brand new with less than 20 miles.straight off the truck!

    Keith Donaldson gave us exceptional service. They could have made TONS of money and taken advantage of my mom's situation with her car. Instead he gave us the best recommendation to make sure my mom was driving safely while making the best use of her vehicle and funds. In addition, he was not about to let us dive off the lot with an unsafe car. Very good man. Very good service. We will be returning!

    I brought my car in for a recall fix, check engine light diagnostic, and to have my headlights adjusted. The check engine diagnostic resulted in being told that my whole engine would need to be torn apart for $3000, after another place says it was only sensors. The headlight adjustment was met with apprehension and suggesting I get new headlights, and the recall was ignored completely. All-in-all they charged nearly $300 for a diagnostic and headlight adjustment. I'm going to go ahead and believe the car buying experience is similar. I suggest going elsewhere for any car need.

    Fantastic car buying experience. Whole team was extremely straight forward and thorough about options for my new Colorado. Found me a far better price than I thought possible and an extremely low rate. I requested a few modifications that weren't already installed in an on lot vehicle so they worked to get them out on in short order after buying. Overall outstanding and highly recommended!

    I had a great experience. The GMC team made a deal with my trade for a great Acadia and I could not be more pleased. Then, the aftercare was exceptional. I truly appreciate their service and kindness. Thanks!

    Horrible. Absolutely horrible. the guy selling the car cursed in front of clients, said he would call me before 12 FOUR TIMES and I had to call him each time! Waited to get a car for a week never heard from him till I kept calling and calling he finally answers and tells me he sold the car I was getting. note: we did all the paper work and EVERYTHING "we will call you once it is ready" waited and waited NOTHING we called and he said he sold it.. beyond mad. Worst dealership I have ever been to

    This organization is pretty good. The only I will say is if you want service done and have to deal with their billing department, never write a check.! I recommend Ourisman for the sales and service! Keep doing what y'all doing to make our customers happy!

    I bought a Corvette from Ourisman Chevrolet in 2011. After the frustration of dealing with their service department, I began to take it elsewhere. Flash forward to 2016 and I bought a 2016 Yukon Denali, but not from Ourisman because I didn't want to deal with their inept service department.
    The time came for the first service and I figured I'd give them another try. I had a question about the service that the girl couldn't answer, so she took my information and said someone from service would call me back. Two hours later, no phone call. Two phone calls by me again to Ourisman, put on hold, they never came back. Seriously? Is this how important your customers are. Your service cost you a sale and it cost you the maintenance on two vehicles. I would think you would work to improve that, unless you sell so many cars you just don't want more customers.

    Young ladies beware! The men here will take all sorts of advantage of you as a young woman to try to get you to pay as much money as you can. If you do venture here alone make sure to get a second opinion! Drove in with all working lights thinking I was getting an oil change. Got a call 2 hours in telling me that my front lights & brake lights were out and it was going to cost $80 a piece to fix. Stay there and make sure you are paying attention to what is going on, don't think these lights of mine were out in the first place. They will take advantage of you if your inspection is coming up which I think was the case fore me. Went from what I thought was going to be $19.00 oil change turns out to be a $221.00 bill. Out of this world. The service department will humiliate you as a woman, steer clear!

    **UPDATE: have called Bob Biagi (from comment below) several times. He is never available & doesn't return voicemails shocking. Will be staying FAR AWAY from now on!

    We just bought a Yukon XL from Adrian. He was phenomenal. My very hard to impress husband was impressed at the level and depth of technical knowledge Adrian had about Chevy and GMC. We had intended to just go in and test drive a truck, but ended up purchasing that day. Our not quite two year old toddler was with us, and he was cranky. Adrian spent all of his downtime playing with the toddler (I believe the toddler may have partially destroyed his desk) as well as running through the database of all available vehicles and walking me around endlessly to look at colors or features. During the test drive Adrian brought stuff over from his own personal vehicle for us to try. As a parent Adrian was invaluable in terms of talking about how he set his own vehicle up for carpool and two boys, as we are about to have two boys. I'd recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone and everyone as honest and willing to do whatever is needed.
