Went to the fair today and had so much fun, until I had a small problem with the tickets. My friend & I had gotten some tickets for rides, but there was also a sign on the ticket booth that included food. After we were done riding a few rides, I had started to feel dizzy and began to shake as I have low blood sugar. My friend went to go get me a hotdog and a soda so I could feel myself again and there was a whole misunderstanding of the tickets and how they were to be used between the rides and the food. Understandable. As I was feeling weak & my dizziness escalated, my friend went to go talk to someone about exchanging the tickets even between the misunderstanding just so I could get something to eat and drink quickly. The woman at the Headquarters booth had told my friend that we needed to wait to talk to someone else, as the woman approached us, my friend explained the situation and how we didn’t understand properly in hopes of trading some ride tickets for food/drinks. The woman very rudely told us that they money was coming from the church and there was no money going into the church and we were keeping that from happening, but we had purchased just the wrong tickets. My family and I have supported this church over numerous events, including the pumpkin patch they had a few weeks back. My friend then explained our misunderstanding and the woman screamed as us to “read signs more clearly next time & you need to understand what it’s for”. I was completely taken back as I didn’t feel so good, and due to the fact that all I️ wanted was a hot dog and drink. The woman came back and rudely gave my friend our money back and never said another word. I am so taken back by this incident as I was donating to the church’s fund and have done so several times in the past. I left upset and could barely make it to the car as I was so lightheaded and upset at how she handled this matter.

Wonderful, loving parish community. Learn more about what Catholic Christians believe at the Thursday Night Studies in the Scriptures Series, 7-8:30pm in Celebration Hall. Many other great activities going on in the parish, be sure to check the weekly bulletin and get involved.

terrible. I didn't learn anything from this church, I have been going to this church for a good 5 years and I wasted my time. I now go to Christ Fellowship and it's the BEST church ever. Christ Fellowship taught me so much more in just one service than 5 years here.
