Their website states they practice law with a focus on keppra. I called to inquire if they were still representing these cases, and the receptionist was incredibly rude, answering with a mere, "no". No explanation or anything.
I got my husband to call back about an hour later and she answered, did not identify herself nor the law firm. My husband stated the reason for his call and she just hung up.
Don't bother trying to do business with them.response / report this review -

This is the worst law firm you can hire!!! My trial was a sham. Ted oshman was rude and so was Lindsay MR. Omaly is a snake!! I accepted a low ball settlement that they took most of believing a lie they told me. And they made it so its s I hard to get any of the money awarded. If you white with money maybe you'll get the service you need and deserve. But if you black. Or any other color if you need someone to understand and represent you well treat you like you something DO NOT HIRE THESE JOKERS!!! THEY ARE HEARTLESS AND BIAS AND THEY WILL NOT TAKE GOOD XARW OF YOU,WILL NOT GET YOU WHAT YOUR CASE IS WORTH, THEY WILL TREAT YOU LIKE GARBAGE!! THEY PAID TENS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS TO DOCTORS WHO NEVER CAME TO TESTIFY,PAID AIR PLANE TICKETS FOR FLIGHTS THAT NEVER HAPPEND. HOTEL STAYS THAT NEVER HAPPEND. WASTED SO MUCH OF MY SONS MONEY. THE CASE ONLY BENIFITED THEM. THIS WAS Y FIRST TIME EVER DEALING WITH AN ATTORNEY AND IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. THEY WERE ALL FRIENDS INCLUDING THE JUDGE AND NO ONE REALLY HAD ME AND MY CHILDS BEST INTEREST AT HEART. NO ONE!! WE LEFT THAT COURT ROOM IN TEARS AND IVE CRIED PLENTY DAYS SINCE. I INTEND TO SUE THEM BECAUSE I SETTLED MY CASE ONLY BECAUSE MR.OMALY LIED TO ME. YOU CANT TRUST ANY OF THEM!! PLZ IM TELLING YOU IF YOU REALLY NEED HELP DONT GO TO THEM!!

I've known Ted Oshman and many of his lawyers for a long time. While I have not been previously represented by the firm myself, I've witnessed many happy clients in a world concerned with attorneys and the complex legal system. They are business savvy, creative, and often generate big recoveries for their clients. If I ever do need a lawyer in NY/NJ, they'll be the first I call.
