I was referred by the VA in Spokane. Made attempts to schedule an appointment, and was told via a recorded message that I would receive a call back in 3 days. I did not receive a call. Called and left message for the Office Manager and didn't receive a call back until 8;00PM. During the time I was waiting for the office manager to call back, I contacted the VA whereupon I was told that this has happened to other Veterans and and that they will no longer refer any more Veterans to them. When the Office Manager did finally call at 8:00PM, I informed her what the VA had told me and she did not care. Evidently, they are not supportive or concerned with Veterans. I am grateful that I was able to save other Veterans the disrespect that I experienced

The OSSM staff are great! They are knowledgeable and skilled. Dr. Keese and Kyle fixed my wrist after a bicycle crash. So happy I was referred to them. Thanks for all that you do!

I tore both my shoulders this year and had both repaired by Dr. Dunteman. He was thorough with the explanation of what needed to be done and what to expect. I’m 5 weeks post op on the second shoulder repair and am happy with the results! I would highly recommend him!

Had to wait as I went to the urgent care department, which I understood. Met with the NP, Craig who was very thorough. My so c and appointment was very easy, met again with Craig and developed a plan. He listened and encouraged me to discuss my thoughts.
