Orthopaedic Center of Southern Illinois offers offers two locations for comprehensive therapy. We are conveniently located at 4121 Veterans Memorial Drive in Mt. Vernon, and 1007 ML King Drive in Centralia.

The Mt. Vernon location offers comprehensive physical and occupational therapy. The Centralia location offers specialized physical therapy with a Certified Manual Therapist on staff.

We work closely with the physicians at the Orthoapaedic Center of Southern Illinois (OCSI), and also receive many referrals from outside physicians. We welcome referrals from any healthcare provider in the region and participate with a wide range of insurance carriers.

Our Centers offer the flexibility of early and late appointments to accommodate your busy schedules. With over 75 years of cumulative experience, our team of therapists offer expert care for a full spectrum of orthopaedic problems including non-operative and postoperative care, pain syndromes, treatment of sports and workplace injuries, treatment of the spine, including but not limited to manual therapy techniques and sacroiliac joint mobilization. We also provide Functional Capacity Evaluations, work conditioning, and evaluation for custom orthotics.

Our occupational therapy department specializes in treatment of the hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder in addition to custom static and dynamic splint fabrication.
